Pros:

Excelente relación calidad - Precio. Instalaciones muy limpias. Excelente el desayuno, el personal es muy amable. Nos atendió Javier, muy amable y servicial. Ubicación cerca de los lugares turísticos. Incluso funciona para viajes de negocios. La habitación es cálida y cómoda.

Établissement dans le centre, propre , le petit déjeuner est tres bien,

Cons:

Accueil froid et sans empathie. La literie est mauvaise mais ce qui a surtout été un problème pour nous c’est le bruit. La chambre donnait sur la rue et toute la nuit la place a été animée avec de la musique et des chansons. L’isolation des fenêtres ne permet pas de dormir normalement même avec des bouchons d’oreilles. Quand nous en avons fait part à l’accueil la personne s’est montrée surprise et pas du tout intéressée par cette remontée d’information. Ce point a été soulevé déjà dans les commentaires mais il est clair que le confort des clients n’intéresse absolument pas le personnel de cet établissement.
Nous n’y reviendrons pas nous avons été déçu malgré un prix attractif

Agradable y cómoda
Pros:

La atención de la señorita Steisy, personas con esta calidad humana son las que ayudan que el viaje valga la pena, fue quien nos hizo check in, a diferencia de la compañera que nos hizo el check aut quien una vez cancelamos el servicio fue verdaderamente desagradable, ni siquiera nos quiso prestar el servicio de baño, gracias a Dios que regresó Steisy con quien todo mejoró y podemos concluir que la atención irregular fue de una persona, no del hotel y que la atención especial cariñosa y humana también fue de una persona una gran persona Steisy gracias Steisy con trabajo honras todo tu maravilloso país .

Pros:

El hotel es céntrico, cumple con todo lo necesario en cuestión de limpieza, comodidad, tiene desayuno bufet muy variado. Sobre todo la atención en el lobby fue lo mejor, la Srta. Steisy fue muy cordial, nos ayudó en orientarnos para ir por la ciudad.

Muy buena la atención, es un hotel céntrico, cómodo pero debéis tener un televisor más grande es muy diminuto, después bien. La atención del personal javier y Jesus muy buena.

La preocupación de monitorearnos la llegada al hotel desde el terminal. Nos recibió Steicy quien fue super amable, nos vio que estábamos cansadas del viaje y nos invitó al área de coworking para que descansemos y nos brindó un vaso de agua a cada una.
El desayuno estuvo fresco y delicioso.

Justo la noche que me hospedé habían unos perritos en la calle queriendo atacar a otro que al parecer lo habían dejado afuera de su casa (frente al hotel) y no nos permitió dormir tan cómodamente. Claro, loa srs del hotel me ofrecieron cambiarme a otra habitación pero eran las 2:30 de la madrugada aproximadamente, a esa hora estábamos super cansadas.x

Zimmergrösse war gut (Doppelzimmer). Das Zimmer war sehr sauber. Frühstück war in Ordnung.

Auch wenn es eine Schallislorierung haben sollte, war es sehr laut in der Nacht (Hunde, Verkehr etc).
