Bare bones stay if you want clean but nothing to eat.
Pros:

THe breakfast was the worst part - extremely little there that was hot, and I felt like we were competing for what little was there.

Cons:

More hot food, better food. I was put by a noisy elevator, and I think there were better rooms.

Overall great stay!
Pros:

Location was good for our needs, close to Peace Arch hospital & Melville hospice. We used Uber to get around which worked well for our short trips. Hotel staff were amazing, especially Sav, the manager on duty. He let us check in early and check out 30 minutes late. Breakfast was included and was minimal but sufficient. We didn't get to use the facilities (pool, sauna etc.) as out trip was very short. In the room was a Keurig coffee/tea maker, a microwave and a good size mini fridge.

Cons:

The heating/ac unit was rather noisy, therefore we warmed the room then turned it off overnight. We then used the extra blanket that was available. The bathroom was dated and showed its age.

Pros:

We had traveled 18 hours from saskatchewan. And they let us check in early. Which was a blessing for us. Other wise we would have had to wait another 4 hours. We were in much need of rest. Letting us book in early took a load off my mine and lowered my stress level. The staff were amazing at helping with my reservation. Will definitely be back. And recommend. Thank you so much for all your help.

Pros:

Clean rooms, nice toiletries. Easy/Good control for your own room temperature. Bed was comfortable and plenty of pillows, and an extra blanket if you needed it. Friendly and efficient staff. Good breakfast spread for those without food allergies. Good public transit system in the area. Store and A&W nearby.

Cons:

Did not like plastic lined cups and disposable plates, cups, but nice wooden cutlery. Would have appreciated a ‘real’ cup/mug for coffee and tea and or oatmeal. Both outside noise and light filtered into the room. Hallway noise was also obvious. The basement could use a fresh bright paint.

Unpleasant
Pros:

The hotel was in a great location and staff was good and the rooms were clean

Cons:

Next to our room, we had people fighting doing drugs and yelling at each other all night long and then trying to get into our room. The staff did handle it well however it was very inconvenient and not a good stay. The staff were very good

Pleasant stay
Pros:

I had a great stay at this hotel with couple of my colleagues. The rooms were very clean and well maintained, which made the stay comfortable and relaxing. The customer service was excellent staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. Breakfast was another highlight, with a good variety of options to choose from. Overall, a very pleasant experience and I would happily stay here again.

Pros:

Late check in. Allowed my service dog

Cons:

The room absolutely smelled strongly of cleaning chemicals. So bad that I reported it and asked to switch rooms but no more were available and couldn’t refund me due booking.com policy. Guy at the desk didn’t event bother to come and inspect the room. My stomach was turning at the strong smell. Had to open the window for 2 hours and waited for smell to dissipate a bit….what a horrible thing to check into at 1:00 a.m. then the window would not close and the guy came in to close it by jamming it off the rail, didn’t say a word. and the beds in room 102 were very uncomfortable, spring like and bouncy mattresses.

Met our needs.
Pros:

Breakfast was the typical hotel food. It was good for me and had some choice's that were enough for me. Coffee was great. Glad to see protein food. Lady that was cleaning up and making sure there was enough food was very pleasant.

Pros:

It wasn't awful, just not as comfortable as I'd hoped. Staff was very friendly.

Cons:

Room was not bad, but it wasn't comfortable. It felt outdated and a bit bleak. Bed was pretty hard.
