We couldn’t hear the other room’s noise. And thankfully the floors are not carpet!
Pros:

The location was fine and the noise cancellation of the room was very surprising.

Cons:

Minimum continental breakfast. Only 2 pastries and coffee. No water, juice, fruits, etc.
Inside of the building you can see that it is outdated and not well maintained. The carpet in the halls was worn out completely.

The breakfast was totally minimum. coffee, water diluted orange and apple juice and two varieties of honey buns. No breakfast tables or chairs.

Nasty disgusting wrecked cars in the parking lot. People living in the rooms with cats. Smelled horrible like drugs.
