The Family Hotel
Pros:

The staff is exemplary! Mr V seems to get everything done and knows how to solve anything quickly. He can certainly handle anything that comes.
Irvin was also kind and helpful anytime we needed anything.
Elunda was gracious and considerate. She was so kind to my grandson, kidding with him, asking about school, and making sure he was eating.
We truly felt like we were going home each time we went back.
Super 8 is so fortunate to have them. They deserve raises and training others to know how to keep people coming back. My grandson and I will miss them for they have made us feel at home.

Horrible stay due to all rooms being on 3rd floor and no elevator had to drag my luggage upstairs
Pros:

I like how friendly the staff are and the location is great for exploring.

Cons:

Roaches in the rooms, elevator doesn’t work ever, breakfast only served muffins &coffee nothing else. Also it’s against the law to charge a cash deposit when it’s not stated on the website and only at location. This is not the Baymont /super8 standards at all.
