Wonderful customer service
Pros:

The young lady at the front desk was courteous and professional. Throughout our stay she answered questions I had about the hotel and area. She did a great job.

Cons:

Breakfast was very limited for us as we had vegans and vegetarians in our group. It would have been nice to have non-dairy milk and yogurt options, as well as overnight oats.

I was there for a funeral and the stay was very pleasant and the staff was very professional.
Pros:

I enjoyed the hospitality breakfast and the room was very clean and comfortable. The room had all of the amenities that I needed. The beds were very comfortable and we had more than enough pillows and sheets.

Cons:

There was actually nothing I can complain about. Maybe could've had a couple of courtesy tooth paste in the bathrooms. Also, a couple of complimentary water bottles. Some complimentary plates and plastic spoons and forks.

Pros:

The continence to where we were planning an excursion the next day. The accomidations were like we have at home., very clean, and comfortable. The breakfast was outstanding and a lot more than we expected. We enjoyed our stay very much.
