Should have a bit of a better breakfast selection

Great location but needs a facelift
Pros:

the gentleman in the evenings was friendly and very helpful. The location was perfect for our stay.

Cons:

The hotel needs a serious renovation. The rooms have small loveseats that look like they were found by a dumpster in 1970. The 1st room we checked into, the a/c didn't work so he did move us across the hall. That a/c wasn't much better, it would blow cold air for 30 seconds and then switch to a fan. The bathtub had several spots of rust that were bigger than a half dollar size. Dressers and tables were all scuffed up. Just very dated looking and not well maintained. We have stayed here many times over the years but the lack of upkeep is definitely noticeable. It's not worth the $200 a night we paid to stay here. Seemed more like a low budget motel.

We would not stay there again.
Pros:

Staff was courteous and helpful.

Cons:

Furniture was very worn and outdated. The bed was extremely uncomfortable. Breakfast was mediocre.

Nice room and great price.
Pros:

I loved the location and the friendliness of the staff. Hotel was nice and quiet and clean.

I wish the indoor pool was opened.

Hotel was good price and quick to make last minute reservation.

Noise from room above ... sounded like the floor may give way. Bed was in need of refresh. Breakfast choices were limited.
