The bed was comfortable and it was nice to have a fridge and microwave.
The floor and countertop were filthy. It was advertised as having breakfast and it didn't. We were surprised that we had to pay for parking. The staff was apathetic at best. No housekeeping service.
There was a fight outside our door that the police had to come and break up. It was obvious that people were staying there long term.
I always love this place
The location...well the people that hang around in the night
No breakfast or gym facilities despite being in the booking. Saw cockroaches in the lobby.
Nothing
Loud neighbors all night no response from staff. Heater didn't work for 2 days, finally moved to another room.
I personally didn't like anything.
The location was sketchy, there were people smoking outside of every room, the person above was super loud wearing heels upstairs and constantly pacing back and forth for over an hour past 10pm, and it was SO DIRTY. There were so many bugs and mosquitoes in the room and the floors looked unswept. We tried turning on the AC only to find crayons and what looked like coco pebbles cereal in the vents. It was so uncomfortable we ended up leaving.
Nothing I liked nothing
Horrible service. Manager refused to talk to me and hung up my call after trying to get in contact for 3 days
It came with a full. Size fridge, comfy bed
Wifi didnt work, broken desk, i asked for a plastic fork and said he cant do that. Wifi didnt work and i needed it for work and schook abd i had to use my own.
Nothing. Honestly, I only believe that I got what I paid for through this app.
My hotel room was 224. It was a smoking area room which I, a non-smoker. inadvertently booked because I was in a rush since I drove from LA to San Diego for a funeral. I arrived past 8PM at the hotel and was too tired to ask for room change. I just wanted to sleep. Understandably, the room reeked of tobacco smoke odor. But the supposedly clean bedlinen smelled heavily of smoke also that the odor clung to my pajamas as well. Following are other issues: the door latch was loose prompting me to move a desk behind it; the shower faucet would get stuck that I showered using cold water; the coffee maker was not working despite my trying to plug it in 3 different outlets. The occupant of the next room was awake and moving things around his room until early morning hours that I couldn’t sleep. Again, I was just too exhausted to get into an argument with the other occupant and too tired to complain to an indifferent front desk clerk who still had to email me my receipt. I checked out at 730AM because I just wanted to move on and move past a nightmare!
The location
Dirty rude staff loud people very dirty
The guy at the reception desk was rude and unprofessional
Room not bad nice neighborhood staff was friendly.
Bathroom smell funky and dry pee.
Not a lot... I liked that the room had a microwave.... But we didn't use it .. it smelled
I didn't like being charged 5 dollars to park out car on the property. I didn't like the smoky, dirty room. I didn't like paying extra tax for booking a few months prior
Easy fast check in.
The room smelled very bad like cigars, when we brought it up to the front desk to see if we could change to another room because we specifically asked for a non smoking one the guy working simply said “no I can’t” and when we asked what we should do he very rudely responded “don’t know figure it out”. As a person who works as a front desk agent that response is simply unacceptable there was no need to resolve the issue or provide any type of resolutions or even offer to give us a discount for the stay. Unacceptable customer service, we could hardly sleep due to the smell and woke up with headaches because of it. They couldn’t even accommodate to provide us a noon check out either.
