The room was clean and a good fit for what we needed.

Cons:

The person at the front desk who checked me in charged the card on file when I wanted to use a different card and I told her that from the start. After that happened, she said it was her first day and she transferred from a different property. She also made a comment about my name and questioned if it was correct - yes, the name on my driver's license is correct (shocking). I asked why and if there was a different name in the computer. She said no, it was the same name in the computer. I thought that was really strange. It was just a weird interaction from start to finish. Also, my kids were really looking forward to making waffles for breakfast, but when we went down (around 8:30 - breakfast goes until 9:30), they were all out of waffle mix and never filled it back up.

Pros:

Room was ok. Front desk was fine. Location was good.

Cons:

The stay was ok. I left a scarf in the room I would like to get back. Tried to call, multiple times, NO ANSWER. I guess I can write off the scarf AND the hotel. Terrible service way to treat customers.

Nearly $900 for the wrong beds, poor cleanliness, broken elevator, and no accountability.
Pros:

The layout of the room was spacious and would have worked well for our family if we had received the two queen beds and pullout sofa we specifically reserved. Unfortunately, the incorrect bed sizes and other issues significantly affected our overall experience.

Cons:

We paid nearly $900 for a room advertised with two queen beds and a pullout sofa, but were given two full-size beds instead. My husband is 6’3”, making our stay extremely uncomfortable. We notified the hotel upon arrival, but because of NASCAR weekend, the hotel and surrounding properties were fully booked, leaving us with no realistic alternative.

Cleanliness was also disappointing. The carpeting had stains throughout, and the pullout sofa sheets were stained badly enough that we had to change them ourselves. One of the hotel’s two elevators was also broken for nearly our entire stay, resulting in waits of 5–15 minutes.

We raised our concerns with the hotel upon arrival and again at checkout. The hotel directed us to Booking.com, but Booking.com informed us that the hotel had to approve compensation. We were then told the property declined to offer anything.

For nearly $900, we expected clean accommodations, the bed sizes we reserved, and reasonable customer service. Instead, we were left uncomfortable and frustrated, with no satisfactory resolution. We’ve stayed at other Marriott properties, and this experience fell far below those standards.

Pleased with price and comfort.
Pros:

The fresh fruit water in the lobby was delightful.

Cons:

Breakfast was not what I expected at all. I had to eat off the property. The hotel was extremely booked and the elevators didn't flow smoothly, we almost got stuck.

Decent, at best
Pros:

I liked the location. I also liked the free parking and breakfast. That's about it.

Cons:

I didn't like the mold on the ceiling in the bathroom, as well as the spider that greeted me. I also didn't like the moldy smell that greeted me. Lastly, I didn't like that I couldn't get anyone on the phone from 11:30 p.m. to my 1:50 a.m. arrival when I was trying to notify them that my flight had been delayed, and I didn't want them to cancel my reservation and mark me as a no-show.

Pros:

I enjoyed the location and how close to my venue I was attending it was and the price was great.

Cons:

I didnt like that the toilet didnt want to seem to flush. Im not sure why. Also that there was no plunger in case the toilet didn't flush.
