Staff were very good. Alice serving food / on the bar was very nice and attentive

Terrible
Pros:

I arrived late at this hotel and found the bed very uncomfortable. When i took back the sheets and topper there was a hole in the bed! . I spoke to reception, they said they would need to refer this to a manager. Todate no one has contacted me and i am looking for full refund . I had a day full of meetings and had to cancel one in the end due to tiredness due to lack of sleep - terrible !!
