It was ok

I used it before, so I was aware of what the property was like, which is pleasant

Cons:

I didn’t like the fact that it was very noisy from the neighbours next door and opposite us the fact we was near the lift. And the fire alarm went off in the morning which disturbed our sleep☹️

Cons:

Room wasn’t well cleaned, a lot of light pollution under the door from the corridor, and room 9, my room had a very noisy air con unit just outside the window that kept going throughout the night. Only one pillow on the bed, and a soft and worn mattress. Paying for car parking, typical London profiteering.

I like the entry way.
I was at a private 90th birthday function. The staff were pleasant and worked hard to make the 90th birthday celebration a success.

My room was awful, dingy, no wardrobe space. No floor space, cramped. One of the worst hotel rooms I have stayed in. I travel a lot, all over the world and this was the worst room by far. I am sure there are lovely rooms in this hotel. I would not recommend it, unfortunately.

Not worth it considering that for few more pounds there is the Hilton next door.
Cons:

Room very small, bed uncomfortable, bathroom tubs not working properly. This hotel has gone down a lot since I last stayed 4-5 years ago. It feels like it has been neglected for all those years. Shame

Our bathroom water was like warm. As I unplugged the bath water and proceeded to come out, the chain was sucked into the plug hole. When I pulled it out a whole load of ginger hair (not mine as my hair is black) came out wrapped around the chain. It was dixgusting. We paid for parking for / nights and on the second night had no space had to park in a staff area at the back as and were told to remove the cat at midnight when the party guests leave. Our room was above the party we could not sleep. We have previously gotten married here and always stay here. This will be our last visit. It was the worst 2 nights sleep ever! Used to also have veg sausages. Only pork now.
