If I come in December, I feel I should pay half of what I was charged
Pros:

I like the back of the hotel, Washing the Water

Cons:

I didn’t lie that the lady gave me my keys and she told me my room was downstairs. I went there put in my keys and they didn’t work. I came back and she said oh the keys I don’t know what she said next thing I know she sends me to the third floor and in the hallway going to our room the floor the rug looks ripped up old, so we get in our room and I noticed the rug looked dirty, but when I paid and then charging me the parking and then having a breakfast first, they said it was $28 but on the website it was $14 and just I don’t like any of that I mean for the price I paid I can stay at the budget Inn or the holiday or the Hampton Inn and have breakfast included but other than all that the hostess at the breakfast area she’s amazing she is if I go back which I’m going back in December cause my son is graduating. I’ll probably just stop by to say hi to her. I’m not going back to that hotel. That’s sad because I don’t like I really think I should’ve got the room downstairs. I didn’t say anything and I’m just responding now.

Very beautiful. Low stress. Easy access. Clean and very nice place to stay.
Pros:

I liked the desk staff when we checked in. She was excellent and very helpful. Parking was also very good. Plenty of space and it seemed safe. We did not eat in the restaurant but it smelled really good from the lobby.

Cons:

I am not sure what the resort can do but it was cold and windy at the pool in August. A little surprising so we could not swim as it was too cold. I would have appreciated a continental complimentary breakfast like Embassy Suites does.

This is not the same hotel we stayed at a few years ago. It’s tired and needs redecorating as well as better management
Pros:

Barbara the waitress who also worked as a bartender. She wan phenomenal. So helpful and friendly, unlike the rest of the staff.

Cons:

We were told at check in the pool and jacuzzi were closed as they were under repair -after being told weeks ago they were open. Some people were swimming in the pool on most days. Total staff confusion. Trash in the hallways on most days.

Convenient location in terms of why I was there. Parking fee per day was reasonable. Overall, an average hotel.
