Furthermore, the shuttle service was quite inefficient, with long wait times for transportation both to and from the airport.

Front desk lady is always nice. The location fast to freeway. The shower was fantastic. It was quiet.

Cons:

The beds were hard this time around. No fridge or microwave in the room. If you stay more than one day you have to go to the front desk for more amenities.

There was a bathtub in a assemble room. I requested a walk in shower I thought. The door to the bathroom swings open into the room door leaving mark. The restaurant stated room service but the clerk at front desk said no. She also stated there was a full bar but there was not. I could not get a hold of the shuttle had to call information for a direct number. The shuttle number went to voicemail that was full

Pros:

I was able to get a free printout for an interview.

Cons:

The mattress its self on both beds had stains. Also, the vending machines need to have more paying options. Also no water bottles given in the rooms.
