Beds are comfortable
Pros:

We've consistently stayed at this hotel during our visits to town, enjoying the amazing bed for restful nights, excellent showers, and helpful restaurant staff when returning late after a night out.

Cons:

The front desk attendant during our recent visit was different from the usual staff member, and unfortunately, she was unhelpful and unfriendly when asked about the last room we stayed in for its comfort.

One night at the Wyndam
Pros:

The shuttle service back and forth to the airport...and the close proximity...

Cons:

The cleaning staff did not bother to service the bathroom...there were used towels on the floor and hanging on a rack...there was a ring around the bathtub and a toothbrush...empty shampoo tube...used washcloth...and personal bar of soap left in the shower...all they did was left a pile of towels on the counter and left...#Room 233...

the morning staff was great at their job, great customer service.

The bathroom was very cheap, the wall paper was coming off, the faucet pressure from shower was low and should be replaced.

I only stayed one night and the experience was alright , the heating unit wasnt working correctly.
Pros:

The room was clean and everything was stocked.

Cons:

The heating part of the ac/heating unit didn't work correctly and kept blowing out cold air so i turned it off, it was late and I was only staying for one night so i didnt bother requesting service or another room.
