The property is very close to the airport and to other interesting amenities.

Cons:

The property is dated and not very clean as we noticed that the rooms are not cleaned every day. The carpet and the air conditioner were smelly. The employees were somewhat rude to reply to any questions we asked them.

It worked
Pros:

The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. The shuttle was good. We did enjoy the china restaurant that was in the lobby. They were very nice and the food was very good.

Cons:

When we got to the hotel. There were no rooms available. Which was fine we were early. But the lady at the counter was very rude to my son and didn’t tell him when we could check in. Then when i just wanted more informations, she was even more rude. I just want to know if she would call us up when a room was available.

Convenient location, airport shuttle service, friendly staff at front desk. The room was clean and plenty of room.

Cons:

Could use an update on USB charging ports, some maintenance in the bathroom (wallpaper peeling - one small spot near the shower). 3 out of 4 shuttle drivers were good, one was not so much.

Just OK. Windham hotels have lost their class for me.
Pros:

No coffee available in the lobby before 6:30 am

Cons:

Reception was loud and not very friendly. Witnessed a loud argument with receptionist/lodger. A highly tactlessly decorated pho restaurant in the lobby.

Arrived close to midnight so was only there for a few hours. Room was clean and bed was comfortable
