More thought required given to sensory issues/autism
Pros:

First time at pool this morning only to hear weedwacker and smell of gas from it directly behind our chairs. Not a good experience for a person with autism. Hyatt, you need to do a better job with sensory disabilities.

We definitely will be coming again to this same place, this time with our whole family!
Pros:

Very nice property, clean , big rooms , huge patio, beautiful ocean view, friendly staff. Everything you need here to enjoy your vacation. The service staff is excellent and friendly. I would especially like to thank Guest Service Agent April Saavedra for her professional and prompt service and assistance. She went above and beyond! Recommend many places that we went and visited. She was a highlight of our stay!

Cons:

It can sometimes be a bit noisy due to its proximity to the airport, but not too bad. As flights don’t depart and arrive as often.

Waardeloze service.
Pros:

Appartement was ruim en schoon.

Cons:

De toilet was verstopt, melding gemaakt en receptie vertelde, dat een monteur was langsgekomen en de verstopping was verholpen. Twee uur later ( laat in de avond) zelfde probleem. Gemeld bij de receptie de volgende dag bij het uitchecken en een excuses kon er niet van af. Dit is geen hospitality en al helemaal niet gastgericht werken.

We got married and we were on our honeymoon :)
Pros:

Everything. Room was clean, spacious, and the bed very comfortable. We got married on Smathers Beach and the location was perfect :) The view was amazing!! Would definitely stay here again.

Cons:

Check in staff did not document our late checkout in our reservations so we were being hurried and felt uncomfortable with the cleaners and phone calls to leave the room.

It is a well maintained very spacious property with plenty of parking.
