Une très belle expérience, mais pas pour tous les budgets
Pros:

Super hôtel avec une belle 'vibe' resort ! Le personnel est accueillant et attentif aux besoins. La suite était spacieuse et la cuisine très bien équipée. Nous avons adoré l'immense balcon donnant sur la cour intérieure et la piscine. Sans compter la magnifique vue sur la mer !

Cons:

Un peu bruyant sur le balcon étant donné que l'hôtel donne directement sur l'aéroport de Key West. Et à 900$ CA pour une nuit, c'est un peu excessif.

Beautiful apartment and a great resort
Pros:

Loved our little apartment. It was spacious, clean and very comfortable. The beds were amazing. Location wise it’s a little bit out of the center, but still an easy drive.
Would highly recommend staying here and we would definitely come back our next time in Key West.

Żałuję, że nie mogliśmy zostać tam dłużej.
Pros:

Apartament był cudowny, przestronny, z wielkim tarasem i widokiem na ocean, do tego piękny ogród!

Cons:

Obok obiektu jest lotnisko, na zewnątrz było słychać startujące/lądujące samoloty, w pokoju - przynajmniej naszym- hałasu nie było.

More thought required given to sensory issues/autism
Pros:

First time at pool this morning only to hear weedwacker and smell of gas from it directly behind our chairs. Not a good experience for a person with autism. Hyatt, you need to do a better job with sensory disabilities.

We definitely will be coming again to this same place, this time with our whole family!
Pros:

Very nice property, clean , big rooms , huge patio, beautiful ocean view, friendly staff. Everything you need here to enjoy your vacation. The service staff is excellent and friendly. I would especially like to thank Guest Service Agent April Saavedra for her professional and prompt service and assistance. She went above and beyond! Recommend many places that we went and visited. She was a highlight of our stay!

Cons:

It can sometimes be a bit noisy due to its proximity to the airport, but not too bad. As flights don’t depart and arrive as often.
