Everyone having fun in the pool. Although I did not have time to book in the end. The room was a great size with a shower/bath. I loved the whole "dated" look, it was interesting. The Lobby/Bar was very nice and comfortable. Plenty of outdoor space to have a drink and chat, including a slightly hidden swing chair. Good parking. All the staff were excellent, friendly and helpful.

1. The room had no fridge , being a cat hotel and paying already in this heat there was no alternative to store cat food I was further Friday 3 pm charges 80 plus pounds on top of cat fee of 30 pounds for 2 days and initial fee on booking .com
2.waited an hour for change of room to unpack Friday
3. No steam room available, kids jumping in and out pool no supervision all weekend
4. Kids accessing sauna room with no supervision 10 42 to 11 30 am
5 . Boys coming in to the women's changing room Sunday morning 11 am to 11.20 am
6. We asked the lady to change bed sheet at 1130 am on Saturday as we spilt water ans she said she was on break and made us do it our self Saturday
7. First room smelt of dog 132.
