Good location for the event I was attending but the hotel is old and dated
The rooms are old and dated and need an upgrade. The shower I don’t even want to comment and having a curtain that touches you when you are in there not nice. No fridge in the room
Very good location
Receptionist very good
Pool only small
The room size was good
The carpet was disgusting you need to wear something on your feet at all times.
This was the only negative 😪
Customer services was superb 👌 Staff very friendly. Fell ill during the stay and staff were very helpful. Will be staying again. The manager welcomed us with a smile.. Very cheerful
nothing to be honest
Every bits of it.
The twin bed because the girls were bit upset of the bed.
Staff were friendly and very helpful at all times .
Clean , great facilities.
Staff were lovely, dinner was good and the ned was comfy
EXTREMELY dated. Everything you see is old and tired. The bath/shower are from the eighties and the room is very tired. You can hear noise from upstairs, the HVAC is ancient and the pool/gym are horrid. Clean, but very old and tired, and given this is over £100/night, you can get a lot better for the money. Lovely staff and great food/drink selection, but very pricey for what it is.
The bed was comfortable.
The pool and gym were excellent and very clean.
The food was delicious.
The staff were very helpful.
The only small thing was not having enough tea bags and milk in the room.
The room was clean and there was plenty or room available with a sofa and large desk area with a chair. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The room temperature could be controlled well and the windows opened allowing fresh air.
With the windows closed the room was very quiet, even though it was facing the main road.
The bed was positioned very close to one wall, which meant there was only a narrow gap available if you slept on that side of the bed. There was plenty of room available, and the bed could have been positioned further away.
The price appeared to have been escalated due to an event in Milton Keynes. I paid £290 for one night in advance, with the regular rate for a Saturday in the summer being between £66 - £120
The hotel was not fully booked and this may be why - although not the only hotel to have done this.
The pool, friendly staff, great value for money
Nothing all good
