It is a beautiful hotel. I love staying. It is conveniently located. We went to the Peacock Room Lounge. The food and service was great!

Cons:

It is a beautiful hotel. I love staying here, but this time our room was only partially cleaned while we stayed. The bed was made, but the bathroom was not cleaned. It wasn't even wiped down. It was disappointing to come back to a less than clean room. We got our breakfast included, I found the breakfast either flavorless or too salty. I think for the price point you could find breakfast elsewhere. (The service was great)

Beautiful blend of historic and renovated
Pros:

Stunning historic hotel. The lobby was so beautiful, the room was remodeled but still maintained vintage details, and the bed was so comfortable. The restaurants and bar were also so beautiful.

Cons:

The room thermostat only cools to 65, which meant I was pretty hot sleeping (in fairness, I run hot at night and it was a really warm evening)

We stay here every time we come to Spokane, and I can think of no other hotel in the world that I look forward to more!

Absolutely recommend in Spokane!
Pros:

Super friendly and efficient staff, the room we had booked was not ready and we were offered an upgrade without asking. The fitness center and pool are beautiful, well equipped. The hotel is really well located, at walking distance from the falls etc. Highly recommend

Fabulous hotel, luxury appointments, and rooms. They even had a wheelchair we could borrow for my friend who had a walker.

Cons:

My only complaint was that the toilet paper was very cheap.
