It’s just fancy not really a good play to stay though.
Cons:

The they didn’t lock my car after we paid to have them park it. There was hair in the walk in shower when we got there and the coffee machine in the room didn’t work. There was also fluid leaking from the doors auto closer. Also in the add it said bath and shower there was no tub just a walk in shower.

Gorgeous hotel
Pros:

Historic and beautiful. Out of all the Davenport Hotels this has been my favorite. The aesthetic is truly gorgeous.

I felt like I spent all of my time trying to talk to someone at the front desk and each person had different information
Pros:

We loved how close it was to everything downtown.

Cons:

We were able to check in to one room on time but the second room was not available until 6:30pm. This forced our party to all get ready in one room . When we did get the room one of the front workers apologized and said he would credit our room $100 for breakfast the next morning. That did not happen.

Love the setting the historic looking film was wonderful. The beds were fantastic.

Pros:

The whole experience. Whether the lights were electrical delay or ghosts, it was cool.

Cons:

Random sock from previous people. It was a dark sock on dark carpet under the curtains. Easy miss, not a big deal.

The prime rib at the Palm Court Grill could have been a lot better. The Flatbread and wings at the safari room grill were amazing though!
