Very nice all the stuff around the place was way cool, super great for a family
Super clean, friendly staff, and its location was really good. Stopped for the night for the last part of a 5 day motorcycle ride. The pool and hot tub were great. Stayed here before and will likely stay again. It was nice being able to just walk over to the restaurant on the other side of the parking lot. Room was great.
Everything. It was great.
We stayed on our way to our destination and liked it so much that we also booked it for our return trip. Off the beaten path, but near the shopping we needed. No traffic noise. Pool was great; the arcade for the kids was an unexpected bonus; we were even given gift cards for kids to have a couple of free games. The adults received a free beer. On our first night, I was able to request a top floor room even though the original booking had us in a lower level one. It was very quiet. Loved the swimming pool and outdoor seating area. Decent breakfast.
On the return stay, the bathroom door in our room was very hard to open and close and squawked loudly. One of the exterior doors wouldn't lock, so the building was not as secure as it should have been. Staff was responsive when I reported the issue.
I enjoyed it all! Staff was great, amenities were top notch, the bar, casino, arcade and bowling alley were extra perks..
I cant think of anything I disliked!

Location and fair price
People in the room above were up all night and just the walking alone was loud.
Carpets in hotels can be gross -- often 50 years old and rarely vacuumed. Ten Pin has no carpets, which made the floor feel cleaner. Bed was comfortable; I actually slept, which is rare in a hotel. Bedding was above average, and I was warmer (in a good way) than in most hotels. Pillows were good quality though a refresh may be due. Breakfast was perfectly adequate. Rooms were clean and safe. Bowling motif is super cute. Front desk staff were great.
Walls and ceilings/floors were very thin and other guests were noisy. On the ground floor you may be right next to the parking lot and it feels almost as though people walking by could just jump into your room. A few more easily reached outlets wouldn't go amiss.

I got charged twice and I need my money.
Clean and updated property, friendly staff, and a surprisingly good complimentary breakfast. The pool and spa areas were very clean, comfortable, and well maintained.
A little off the "beaten path" from I-90 but not so that I wouldn't stay here again. I DO recommend this Inn and Suites!
