That the transaction worked how it should always work.
No elevators. When carrying your things into the room, you have to walk up stairs with everything. Another thing is the choice in bathroom hygiene. Better brand is always better.
Nice room, nice shower. quick access to the highway.
Close to everything , had a pool and amenities.
The room they gave me was right next to the breakfast room , so I was woken up at 4am both days with all the banging and door slamming from getting breakfast ready. The furniture in the room was a little worn and the bathroom was super tight , you have to stand between the shower and toilet to close the door.

I love how I feel like I'm coming home when I come to see my family. I feel confident that I will have a great stay.
I wish I could have earned rewards or something I could use on more stays or stuff at papa's.
I really liked how friendly the staff was and how clean it was.
Wish there was a guest laundry area and the hot tub could be a little hotter as it was like taking a warm bath.
Everything ,I let them know I use a walker and they make sure I was closest to the door as they could get me to go in and out ,the people at the front desk were very accommodating and very friendly, I stayed in the King suite with a sauna the first night which by the way the hot tub a.k.a. sauna was very clean, I was impressed with the cleanliness overall the bed was very comfortable and so were the pillows ,the next night because we decided to stay an extra night we had to stay in a double queen because the sauna was already booked for that night and they made sure that we could check in early at 11 so we didn’t have to check out of the King suite and wait four hours to check into our new room which I thought was absolutely awesome ,Overall I was just very pleased if there was one thing I could change it’s how slow they’ve been getting my deposit back on my debit card but that’s minor compared to how wonderful everything was , we also ate at the tenpin restaurant and the food was delicious and the service was great when I go back to the Moses Lake, which will be often to see my daughter ,I will definitely be staying there. Oh, and please keep your price’s the way they are it was very affordable for what we got.

The bed was not comfortable at all. Only complaint.
I had an ADA room and found it very spacious, easy to navigate and comfortable. Towels felt luxurious, good breakfast. I was surprised by all of the entertainment options available in one convenient property!
I can’t think of anything that I would have wanted different!
