The breakfast £15 a head but well worth it.

Staff were lovely. Super helpful at all times, always making sure we were comfortable and safe. The hotel was very clean and the facilities such as the gym and sauna were in a perfect state, so I will certainly go back.

Convenient location, close to supermarket if you need it, and very clean and modern. If you also need to work with a laptop, the rooms have very nice desks. The beds are very comfortable.
Not much greenery in spaces. Plant based milk for lactose intolerants was in a fridge, which didn’t allow to have a coffee with milk that was hot when it comes to breakfast. Their coffee machine runs on normal milk, but at least you have a Nespresso capsule machine.
When it comes to our room, the bathroom had a translucent door, which meant that if you are sharing a room with someone that showers first thing in the morning and you want to keep sleeping, it wont be possible. The light of the bathroom will pour out to the room and will make it very difficult.

Loved the eating area, the room was clean and the staff were very accommodating and lovely. The all you can eat breakfast was lovely. The food in the bar downstairs was really lovely and the two for 12 cocktails were so good too.
It's very noisy from other drunk guests. I have stayed on two occasions and both occasions the drunk guests made the stay uncomfortable. Security had to be called on the second occasion due to noise. The prices of parking is ridiculous for one night too and should be offered at a discount for guests. It would be great if the hotel offered spa or pool services too but they do not at this specific hotel. Location is a bit crap to get to, the sat nav will take you the wrong way if you don't pay close attention to the turn in. The bedding had some stains on, but it was clear it was cleaned, just stained.
