Nice budget stay
Pros:

The bed was comfortable, nice shower, the room was fine, apart from the issues below. The breakfast was really nice. Great location, less than 5 mins walk to Leeds station.

Cons:

There were a couple of stains on the carpet, probably someone had previously spilled some coffee. One of the fluorescent lights had gone above the window so it made a constant clicking sound.
