Very comfortable and service forward stay!

Excellent hotel, great location, amazing staff.
Pros:

The Novotel Leed Centre is in. a fabulous location and very close to the City Centre and Leeds Main Station. The hotel is bright, modern, clean and exceptional. Staff are all incredible, especially the front reception who are amazing in every way to accommodate your every whim. Special thanks to Kareena at the Front Desk but to be honest all of the front desk staff were amazing.

The bar and main restaurant offer exceptional food and beverages.

Great Location - clean, modern, good value
Pros:

I loved lots about the hotel - very modern and perfect for my weekend visit to Leeds. Location was excellent. Rooms were clean and fresh. I would say its good value for money given the location.

Cons:

I love to be greeted in a friendly manner at the hotels I'm staying at- and whilst the check out guy wasn't full out rude, he also wasn't exactly friendly. No hi, no welcome... just name, pay, here's your key. no guidance to the facilities, the lifts etc. For me these little things matter and it influences where I stay in the future. Also staff need to advise people that the key cards demagnetise when next to a mobile phone - the subject receptionist didn't mention this at check-in. This happened to me a few times, so I'm sure it happens a lot - I can imagine its frustrating for both visitors and staff.
