My son and I drove from Texas to Montana to pick up a car. We stayed at a couple of these hotels and were very happy with the experience.

I travel for work and typically stay in hotels in big cities and run $200+ a night. My son is happy with any roof over his head.

I enjoyed these hotels because of the simplicity. Casual atmosphere, simple continental breakfast and coffee for on the way out, comfortable rooms and beds with a couple different types of pillows (4 total on each queen bed), affordable rooms, nice people working the building, simple check in, snack machines, located close to anything they don’t provide, etc.

Everything you need and nothing you don’t. That’s my idea of a perfect hotel.

The stay here started bad from the moment I walked in. The front desk person barely acknowledged my arrival. Front desk staff did just barely what was required for check in. The room was clean so at least house keeping does their job. However I did have a major problem with the bathroom shower. It was a tub shower combo without a bath mat for the tub. The floor of the tub was very slippery and cause great concern. This one item needs to be address do to safety of the guests.

Was very unsatisfied was really out dated ,looks nothing like in the photo,the rooms are not like in the pictures ,the hotel inside smells really bad and vary dirty ,the room was just as bad with stain sheets, unclean floors in the bathroom,and smells like cigarettes in here ,and not to mention one of the lights don’t work ,we had to sanitize everything,do not recommend this place

Basic but clean. Very limited breakfast. Newly redecorated room. Good beds. Bathroom counter quite small. Budget motel. Probably wouldn't stay again.

My stay was very pleasant. They accommodated my early check in and pets with ease. As well as being cost efficient. I would absolutely stay there again.

Very quiet and comfortable room. Dedicated vehicle w trailer parking out back was a plus. Walking distance to several fast food chains and fuel

Not sure where all the great ratings have come from. Our room was dirty with soda spilled all over the A/C unit. I walked across the floor in my sock feet and then laid on the bed. There were dust bunnies and dirt from my socks all over the top sheet. The A/C didn’t seem to have a thermostat so we were constantly having to adjust the temperature. The beds were terrible, on metal frames that made lots of noise when we turned over in bed. There is virtually no countertop space in the bathroom so we put our toiletries on the luggage rack right near the door. The breakfast was all carbs except for cartons of yogurt. We will never stay here again.

Nice for family staying

Nice value, enjoyed our stay. Bed frames were squeaky, but once those are phased out, once that is done, great little spot to stay while on the road.

Employee at desk is entirely unhelpful and condescending.

Helpful check in. Room recently decorated very nicely.

Very convenient place for a road trip

Very noisy. I could hear the people above me walk every step. We had a first floor room and could hear cars parking, people talking, doors opening. A diesel truck parked outside our window and exhaust smell filled our room- we had to open the door. The shower wall was dirty. We had no iron and when we asked for one the guy insisted we had one (which we did not) the breakfast is only cereal, juices, pastries, and the coffee machine was empty and they did not refill it even though it was breakfast hours.

The staff was nice and honestly the hotel itself was ok, but it is not the hotel pictured on hotels.com. its very misleading. And our hotels.com prove was over $30 more than their standard price. I dont know how hotels.com gets away with this.

Still some “punch list” items but overall a very good experience

Our check-in was good. The manager changed our room from the second floor to the first floor when I infquired about elevator location. There are no elevators. We went from a regular queen suite to an accessible queen suite, which was ok. The hotel was recently totally remodeled but done very cheaply, certainly not what I expected for a Wyndham. In the morning I discovered that our room had no hair dryer. I asked the clerk for one and he insisted that I had one! Finally after looking for himself, he got one from another room - which I had to return to him at the desk when I was done. Breakfast was continental style. Chuck’s waffles stuck to the maker. Coffee was like dishwater. We would not stay at a Microtel again.

Staff was polite and helpful. Not the cleanest, but not awful. Beds were comfy but squeaky.
