When the lady at the front desk said to call 24/7 if I needed anything even if it was to talk. That is something amazing to say since we really never know what someone is going through. Very nice thought

Excellent experience in Waterford.
Pros:

Breakfast was excellent. Everything ready and clean. Love that there was toppings for oatmeal even though I didnt get any oatmeal. Font desk staff was excellent. Pool clean. Bed comfy.

Cons:

Nothing I didn't like. The cost may be a bit high for the location.
