Old facilities, but clean. Paid Wi-fi has to be ditched!

Cons:

AGE of the facilities. There comes a time when cleanliness and air freshener cannot camouflage bathroom age. It's time for bathroom overhaul. Cracked tile, large gap where floor meets base of bathtub, aging countertops all give a poor impression. As for paid wi-fi ( $5/day), this was the biggest deterrent to my wanting to return. Can't tell when last I've stayed in a hotel where I've had to pay for wi-fi

clean room good coffee and location.

Cons:

I requested a bottom floor room due to my disabilities can not walk well. They put me on the 2nd floor and charged me for a upgrade, had to walk to the end of the hall with all my luggage.

For the price, it could have been a little better
Pros:

Friendly staff and tidy rooms tree

Cons:

First room I was in had a broken ac unit and bed had fleas. When I informed desk staff, I was given another room which was nice. Charge excessively for dogs to stay. Cost me an additional $30 a day.
