Overall it was good very convenient to the villages.
Pros:

Variety at breakfast was great. Afternoon cookies a sweet surprise. Greeter when we first arrived exceptional. She listened knew I was disappointed with no tub changed rooms for us. Very welcoming bubbly personality!

Cons:

Didn’t realize frig wasn’t plugged in until we lost some food. The air conditioning unit was extremely loud and never took a break tried adjusting to no avail.

Muggy. Humid. Couldn’t sleep

Pros: Close to where we needed to be for the next day. Great prices. Friendly service. Easy check in. Comfy bed.

Cons: The room was so incredibly muggy and humid I could not sleep. My daughter woke up at 2am asking why her pillow felt wet. I think the Amazon rainforest has less humidity. Our friend stayed as well with us. She said she had a dog barking all night and her room was humid as well. Front door hard to get through with luggage. Breakfast was lacking.

Pros:

The breakfast was good I had coffee , burrito ,waffles. Kept me going till dinner...

Cons:

Fix the wide gaps in the doors i notice coming out of the bathroom after turning the lights off I could see the hallway lights
