A great vacation
Pros:

I enjoyed the comfort of being able to come in and out as I please without any interruptions. Noise level was very accommodating and to my expections. Staff were friendly. The area was a great atmosphere and everything I needed was near by and not too far of reach.

Cons:

I did not like that the internet kept going in and out in my room at times. I also did not like that they only had one working computer that was available to use although there was two (the other computer had issues). Hopefully in the future they are able to install multiple computers so guest can use when need be and not wait for others to finish on the computer especially if the other guests is taking a long time using the computer.

10/10, very clean , everything was pretty much perfect.
Pros:

staff was very professional and willing to help, very friendly as well

Cons:

honestly if i was to just NITPICK one thing, it would be the elevator needing some type of ventilation/air conditioning

Place stunk someone didn’t pick up their dog poop I stepped in it got all over my foot room dirty ripped couch people kept side outside door open smoke came into room even staff smoked by doors refrigerator didn’t work nasty place going to start staying at holiday inn express

A Georgia night mare
Pros:

I was told at time of reservation that room 108 was available as I had requested and the hotel would block that room for me. When we arrived on Aug 1st. the room had not been blocked off for me. Instead I was given room 105 and that’s when the nightmare started.
The Refrigerator did not work. The TV did not work. I told them about it at the front desk and was told there was no one to check the issues until morning. I told the young lady I would expect a monitory adjustment. She said the manager was the only one that could do that and he would be in by 7:30 am. I went to the front desk and was told the mgr did not get in until 11am.I told her I would be leaving before that.The person at the desk took down my name and contact info and said she would ask him to call me to discuss my issues and hopefully resolve the matter to both our satisfaction. That was on Aug 2, 2026. As of this complaint on Aug 6 I still have not received any call. I have stayed at numerous La Quinta hotels and never had these issues. I am sad to say I will have to think twice before booking another.

A family friendly hotel for the area just needs some adjustments made.
Pros:

Safe environment with nice staff, nice distance from the road, quiet and easy check in and out. Also liked that I didn't see any bugs of any kind.

Cons:

Wifi was really bad and it could have been cleaner, the towels were all stained up and there was mold in the bathroom ceiling above the shower and people kept walking by our room when there were no other rooms by us at night time due to having a end suite.
