Pros:

I wasted 30k points at your hotel. I use Wyndham every week to book hotels for my employees. I was very dissatisfied with my stay. The hotel reeked of pot. I have asthma and young children. I didn't have a remote to the tv. The front desk attendant said she was going to get one and never did. One of the rooms didn't have towels or shampoo and conditioner. The attendant had earpods in talking on the phone while checking me in. She wouldn't give me more than two towels for each room whem four people were in the room. She also wouldn't let us switch rooms when she couldn't find a remote. I feel as much as I use Wyndham I should get better service and have a lot more than 2000 points credited to my account.

Pros:

The cable didn't work call front desk over 10 times they kept saying the same thing they gone reboot. The sink was leaking bad my 1 year old almost felt from all the water. Needs a update bad. The breakfast was terrible only eggs no meat no orange juice
