Our experience at Taj Fateh Prakash Palace, Udaipur was truly memorable. A very special thanks to Mr. Mahipal, Ms. Shreeja , who made our stay even more comfortable with their excellent follow-up, personal attention and warm hospitality. They were always approachable, courteous and proactive in ensuring that every small requirement was taken care of with a smile.

Under the kind supervision of Mr. Vivek Ranjan, Chef Mr. Prakash and his team provided us with the best of cuisine, making every meal special and memorable.

Heartfelt thanks also to Mr. Rupesh, Mr. Manish, Mr. Naval, Mr. Yogendra, Mr. Sonu, and the housekeeping team — Mr. Kishan Singhji, Mr. Madhu Singhji, and Mr. Bhupendraji — for their care, courtesy, and attention to detail.

The service, food, personal care and warmth of the entire team made our stay exceptional. Truly a wonderful Taj experience.

I’ve always felt that true hospitality should only be associated with the Taj brand. Sunset Terrace, Udaipur just proved me right again.

The food was spectacular, but it was the _feel_ of the place that got me. That rare moment where you sit by Lake Pichola, the palace lights reflecting in your wine glass, and you genuinely fall in love with yourself again. The warmth, the love, the quiet affection in every detail — it’s not service, it’s an embrace.

Special mention to *Surendra Singh* and *Udit* — absolute gems. Attentive without hovering, graceful without being formal. They made us feel like we weren’t guests, we were family coming home.

Sunset Terrace doesn’t just serve a meal. It serves a memory. Taj-level hospitality, Taj-level heart.

We stayed at Taj Fateh Prakash and enjoyed both their restaurants. The Indian restaurant was really good- The Sunset Terrace. Service was exceptional and good was very nice. Udit and Surendra Singh were very attentive.

It was a fabulous experience. I was given a luxury suite facing lake Pichola and the view was stunning. The poolside view is just amazing.

Magnifique palace, extrêmement bien localisé puisque à l'intérieur de l'enceinte du City Palace. De plus, le fait qu'il soit au bord du lac Pichola avec une vue magnifique sur les palais de l'eau, les rives alentours et les montagnes donne une impression à couper le souffle. Sa localisation et son accès direct sur le lac lui confèrent un grand calme et une sérénité absolue. Tout est reposant et apaisant. La piscine est absolument sublime avec vue d'un côté sur le City Palace et de l'autre le lac... franchement c'est incomparable. Le petit déjeuner et la salle du dîner (sunset terrace) sont superbes, le petit-déjeuner est copieux avec de nombreuses options. La chambre était très spacieuse et magnifique. Tout est propre avec de jolies finitions. Assurément un Palace avec beaucoup de charme. Enfin, le personnel est super, toujours discret mais présent et prévenant. Ils sont très arrangeants et se montrent de bons conseils. Nous avons adoré notre séjour. Ce fut un crève coeur d'en partir. Un merci supplémentaire pour Taniya et Maithili qui ont été géniales.
