Paid 73k for one night two rooms, the flush in one room wasnt working properly, in the other room, lizard poop came out of the bathtub Jacuzzi, i called asking about empty shower gel in the evening no one came till morning, we checked in around 7 pm, when asking for late checkout, the staff hung up on me and charged us 5k since we crossed 2 pm in one of the rooms. Reached out to them in advance about mom’s birthday, nothing complimentary was provided(except a cake ofkos), i had to pay extra for rooms next to each other. Tried reaching for shared sit out rooms and was willing to pay, was unable to reach through their phone numbers. Very less staff, one waiter at the pool who kept warning us anything we order will take atleast 35 minutes, Poor attitude of the staff, completely opposite of everything taj stands for. Our experience at mumbai and hyderabad was completely different.
A beautiful, well maintained property! Special thanks to Mr. Bhuvan from housekeeping and Rahul in the dining room for their hospitality—they took good care of us throughout our stay.
A minor point to note was that the AC temperature controls were not functioning properly in both rooms; while it didn’t cause major discomfort, it is worth looking into. Also, adding an activity room with a few indoor games would make the guest experience even better.

We had such a wonderful and memorable experience at Taj Fateh Prakash Palace. From the warm welcome to the thoughtful little touches, everything felt incredibly special.
Since we were there for our babymoon, the staff beautifully decorated our room, which was such a sweet surprise. Kishan Ji and Nikita, who arranged everything, went above and beyond and even brought us a lovely greeting card and a small gift as a token of love. Really appreciate the efforts.
We also loved enjoying the evening by the lake, along with the amazing food and impeccable service throughout our stay.
It was truly worth every moment, and the breathtaking views are something we’ll carry with us forever. ♥️

The location of the hotel, being part of the palace, directly located at the lake, is fantastic!! The indian breakfast selection was very good!
Being built as a palace, not for being a hotel, the set-up of the buildings is not very practical. There are stairs which cannot be avoided.
