Taj Fateh Prakash Palace Udaipur

Honestly, this was a really bad experience. The hotel’s poor management and careless handling of the voucher created a complete mess. Because of their mistakes, I ended up losing a client and even future business, which hurt my professional reputation. It was frustrating to face the consequences for something that wasn’t my fault. I wouldn’t recommend any travel agent to book this hotel until they seriously improve.

We had an amazing stay! The view from the beautiful pool terrace is just stunning!!
The room was spacious and clean and the whole property is simply beautiful. Its very well maintained and clean and it smells good everywhere.
The breakfast buffet had great choices and was super well presented!

A heartfelt thanks to Mr Gourav , Mr. Pawan, and for their exceptional hospitality. They were attentive, especially with our children food and our food and ensured our dinner was perfect in every way.

Your entire team and made our celebration unforgettable. We look forward to visiting again soon.

When i saw the resort at arrival the view at the resort was so breathtaking that it can compelled any one to stay here for wonderful moments very easily, my family enjoyed here very much and I am very thankful to my wife that she suggested us to stay here for visit in Udaipur, it was completely a joyful experience and love to visit again. And most of the sight seeing are minutes away from the resort it is situated in the heart of Udaipur.

Went for a lovely birthday meal at Sunset terrace..we had last been here 10 years back and glad to see the place and service still holds a charm. The view is excellent. Thank you Surender ji and Kalu singh ji for your hospitality.

Extremely smooth check-in with a smiling and warm welcome by Tulsi.Had booked a lake view suite room. Was upgraded to a better room. The lake view rooms are divine and serene.
I think we made the best decision, between Taj palace and Fateh palace. Choosing Fateh as it was easy access to the city. and heritage around.
Please do visit the city palace with a guide as it has so much history and grandeur .
Stayed one night , Udaipur has so much more to see , should have stayed two nights. The check out was equally smooth by Tanya , kind and warm staff right from the guard , drivers , helpers to staff.

The highlight of our evening was undoubtedly the Sunset Terrace Restaurant. Watching the sun slowly dip behind the Aravalli hills, casting golden hues over Lake Pichola, created a breathtaking backdrop that felt straight out of a dream. The ambiance was elegant, peaceful, and perfectly curated for a memorable evening.

The food was exceptional—each dish beautifully presented and rich in flavor. From the hi-tea selection to the dinner spread, everything reflected true Taj hospitality and finesse.

What truly elevated our experience was the impeccable service. A special thanks to Mr. Yogendra and Mr. Surendra, who went above and beyond to ensure our evening was flawless. Their warm hospitality, attention to detail, and courteous nature made us feel genuinely welcomed and valued.

We got fantastic room, was lake facing and it was ethereal.
The food and food-service was top class, my favorite was Mr.beaming (Kalu Singh) who welcomed us everyday with the best smile.
Other staff were no less, laundry service, buggy service .. list goes on!

Best High Tea Experience with Sunset & lake palace View. The service and staff here is really warm and professional. Firstly I want to thank Mr Naval for amazing hospitality and then the team Mr. Rahul, Ramesh ji and Mr. Gaurav.

Celebrate dinner at Zhen Fateh Prakash for the my daughter celebration graduations complete we meet with the Chef Prakash Gaurav and Pawan they all are server food very well in restaurant always look : happy they have new restaurant change which is Chinese

We always like Indian food but as per recommended we try this time Chinese food
