The shower curtain was moldy
Hotel was very nice, staff was friendly, room was comfy and they had an awesome breakfast and atmosphere. Would stay here again.

Compaired to other hotels close by, this is one of the better ones.
Large comforysble rooms, good sized bathrooms, plenty of towels and toiletries.

Have always felt comfortable staying at Hampton Inns, so booking Stillwater was an easy decision. Hiltons website said newly renovated, but in my opinion only partially. We noticed towels placed at the bottom of windows in public areas, apparently for water leakage. Our room was fine, but at 10:15 in the evening, my wife could not get hot water at the bathroom faucet. I tried the tub spout for 5 minutes and no hot water.
I went to front desk to ask. The evening clerk said they have had problems and there is a work order. She suggested we move to first floor, as we were on second floor. Our room was two queens for $142 and that is what she placed us in on first floor, but at least it had hot water. She gave me 2 bottles of water as compensation for the 10:45 pm move. She probably should have upgraded us. Then when we attempted to turn on TV, we could not. Went back to front desk, but clerk could not help.
This is by far the poorest excuse for a Hampton Inn we have ever stayed at. I am a Hilton Honors member and left a review on their site and asked that they contact me. 10 days later and nothing, do yourselves a favor and avoid this hotel, next door is a nice looking HolidayInn Express.

They were not accomadating to my request due to the storm.

Breakfast was good. The bed was excellent. Loved the shower in the bathroom.
The heater is my room was a little noisy, like most hotel room heaters and air conditioners.

It was clean. Had great upkeep. Great option for breakfast . Attendant there, have allergies so asked questions and she was informative. Breakfast area well taken care of even after coming closer to 9am there was food available. Housekeeping was very nice they wished us a good travel home and of course front desk was courteous and friendly. Would definitely stay again when in the area .
Nothing wrong with the property I seen . Only issue I had was the DTA cable type. It just made me have to actually search through each channel to look and see what was playing. I didn’t really care for not having bags in the trash cans but I know they’re trying to be less wasteful.
