Pros:

Le personnel est très professionnel et très agréable.
Le petit déjeuner très bon et copieux.
L'emplacement proche de la gare, du métro et de nombreux bus.

Cons:

Les lavabos dans l'entrée de la chambre.
Côté rue, beaucoup de bruit.
La mauvaise insonorisation : on entend tous les bruits de la salle de bain et wc de la chambre mitoyenne.

Completamente soddisfatti
Pros:

Il letto comodissimo, i due cuscini sono un ottima iniziativa, graditissima.
La colazione al 7.piano in terrazza con vista su Roma uno spettacolo, non parlando della qualità del cibo e della vasta scelta di dolce e salato. Personale educato e gentile.

- chambre au calme avec TV chaine française , bouilloire et frigo
- l'amabilité et la serviabilité du personnel de l'accueil
- choix variés au petit-déjeuner et super la machine à pancakes

Cons:

difficile de prendre le petit- déjeuner à l'heure que nous souhaiterions quand il y a un groupe ;
les plats chauds sont froids

Cons:

The booking listed a double bed. It was actually a single. This was fine as I was alone anyway, but unexpected. Also there was no bidet in the bathroom. After 25yrs living in Italy, I feel this is a basic expectation.
