A welcoming hotel staff, delicious breakfast, and a comforting room.
Pros:

We were staying at a previous hotel that we needed to leave, and booked the Montecarlo as a last resort. What we found was the best hotel experience we could’ve asked for. When we showed up, we were greeted by amazingly knowledgeable and kind hotel staff that made sure our room met our needs. She then asked about our itinerary and pulled out a map of Rome, and gave us a detailed description of where to go given the length of our stay. We used many of her recommendations, including a Gelato place right by the hotel! The room itself was very spacious and clean, with a good sized bathroom. The location itself was very close to the city center but not too close for crowds or lines. We used the local bus system to get around. Our favorite part of our stay was the breakfast. From fresh fruit to pastries to delicious coffee, the self-served breakfast made our morning. Everyday, the hotel staff greeted us, and were always available, 24/7 for any concerns we had. One of the best parts of our trip!

The hotel staff was lovely. The building was well kept being so old
Pros:

The breakfast location was very nice. The staff was very good. You could see they were friendly and making every effort to keep everybody comfortable and get seated.
There was no one outside to greet you and help you with your baggage into the building and stairs on arrival once inside, someone did help us with our bags to the elevator and apartment.

Cons:

It was a little small to get around people

The bed pillows were very hard and uncomfortable. The shower was very nice and clean. However, there was no tray to put your soap or personal items on while showering. I would’ve preferred the shampoo, conditioner and body wash in a small plastic container instead of a plastic bag which was hard to access.

Muy acogedora.
Pros:

Este Hotel está muy bien ubicado, con metro y autobuses cerca, sobretodo la estación de Termini muy bien comunicada con el aeropuerto, restaurantes y cafeterías cerca.
En cuanto al hotel el servicio es impecable! A la llegada nos atendió Franco, un amor de persona, inmejorable!
Su compañero Jorge educado y eficiente, en la planta superior nos atendió Ugo, fantástico camarero! Super atento y cercano. Todo el personal es una maravilla. El hotel es una pieza histórica, es muy bonito y está super cuidado, la habitación que nos tocó era autentica, no hacía nada de calor a pesar de ser principios de Septiembre ( obviamente hay aire acondicionado) el servicio de limpieza es impecable. Los desayunos con mucha variedad.
En resumen super contentos con nuestra estancia.
