I gave this hotel a lower rating only because when booking this place for my daughter’s dance competition i specifically
Pros:

The bed was comfortable and it was nearby the place we needed to be at durning the weekend. Also close to restaurants and such.

Cleanliness and great value.
Pros:

Cleanliness and rated was great. Staff was friendly and professional.

Cons:

After cleanliness the next thing I look for is bed comfort. The bed could definitely be better. Comforters should be in full cases and not wrapped in a flat sheet to promote cleanliness.

Pros:

It was clean. The staff was super friendly and the price was good.

Cons:

The walls were super thin so all night we could hear the people and their kids next door. Wasn't a huge issue for us, however it might be for someone else.
