We were in town for a Cheer Team competition. The hotel was within a 12 minute walk to the venue, as well as restaurants nearby. We loved the spaciousness of the suite. It had everything we needed and we were very comfortable.
Great location. Close to everything. Nice atmosphere, a little dated but clean and comfortable and great value for the price. Rooms were immaculate and every thing worked as it should. Warm and also a well equipped kitchen with the option of extra appliances from reception was great. Quiet on the 11 th floor, elevators worked well and it was easy to move around with luggage.
really helpful staff, kind and very eager to make my stay as nice as possible.
It is a budget option, for sure and the foyer was a little shabby but a great place to stay. Clean , central and warm with a very comfy bed and great rooms.
Location, staff.
Looking a little dated.
The hotel itself is really great, the rooms are clean and comfortable, nice location, etc. Nothing to complain about in that department. Unfortunately I had a really bad experience with the hotel underground parking -- my car battery died due to being left there several days the extreme cold, which in itself was not too big a deal. BUT then a hotel employee attempted to jump my car and did so incorrectly (he must have put the jumper cables on backwards - there were lots of sparks), which ended up frying/destroying my car battery and blew a fuse. It was, of course, then not able to take a charge at all and needed towing. It took me TWO DAYS of searching to find a towing company that was able/willing to get in to the low-clearance underground parking to get me out. They weren't able to come until the following day, so in all I was stuck at this hotel for an extra three days. I explained my situation to multiple staff, and no one ever offered me a discounted rate for distressed travelers for the additional nights I was forced to stay. The best one staff did was not charge me for 'parking' for one of the nights; but when I had to rebook for my other two nights, another staff person did charge me for continued parking despite the fact that my car was stuck due to the actions of another employee. I wish I had advocated for myself more, but I was very, very stressed and just trying to leave, as I am from the US and needed to get back home ASAP for work. All in all, with staying the extra nights, the towing cost, and the cost to fix my car, it put me in the hole over $1,000 USD. It was a really unfortunate situation. Obviously, I have learned to not trust anyone else to offer to jump your car for you, among other hard-learned lessons.

Price expensive
Grand. Cuisine pour less repas. Très tranquille. A distance de marche du palais du congrès.
This a very comfortable hotel, obviously well-used. It's immaculate, the staff are friendly, the full sized frig is perfect for keeping market purchases and the bed is excellent. This was my second visit and I will book again.
Very well located and the room week-end were given was very spacious for my 3 children and I. Everything was very clean.
It wasn’t super cozy and underground parking was quite expensive
