A convenient place to stay in the city center. Good value.
Pros:

Central location is very convenient. Indoor parking is available. Staff are friendly and helpful. Room was large and clean.

Cons:

It could do with a face lift. Decore is drab.

Pros:

I bit run down but covers all the bases - clean, comfortable, great staff, and fantastic location. I was there in the middle of winter during the coldest days in Montreal so the proximity to close metro stations and bus stop that goes directly to the airport was a major plus I hadn't originally considered but am glad was part of my choice in this hotel. I would come back again!

Pros:

Location was good if one was looking for proximity to downtown Montreal. Parking is expensive and underground—we needed above ground due to a rack and it was in short supply. We have two labs and a room on the 11th floor wasn’t ideal. Better if you had smaller pets.

Cons:

Not the hotel’s fault, but in retrospect and if we hadn’t had to make a quick decision due to weather, we would have chosen another hotel closer to the highway with parking. We did not need to be in downtown Montreal!

Top location, great staff, memorable stay
Pros:

The location is extraordinary, easy to access by the metro and the bus. It is close to a lot of Downton attractions. Every direction leading from the hotel goes to some place interesting.
,They have a 24 hour reception desk where I always found friendly, courteous and very helpful staff. The room was clean, large enough, and came with a kitchen. And all this at an unbelievable price!

Clean Safe Convienient
Pros:

We stayed here as 2 couples to celebrate my husband’s 65th birthday and had a wonderful experience. We booked two kitchen suites and were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade upon arrival, such a lovely way to start our stay!

Although we had reservations to eat out at restaurants this time, we were very impressed with how clean and well-equipped the kitchens were. The suites were spacious and thoughtfully laid out, with a separate bedroom featuring a king-size bed and an incredibly fluffy mattress topper. The bathroom was large, very clean, and included a tub. There was also a comfortable living room area with a television, which made it feel like a home away from home.

Property felt very secure with needing your activated card to get anywhere! The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the parking was easy and convenient with in-and-out privileges.

We had such a great time that we’re already planning to return for a few days in the summer with the grandbaby, and next time we’ll definitely make use of the kitchen to prepare lunches to take with us.

We highly recommend this hotel!
