Pros:

Location was GREAT!! Birkdale Village is in walking distance and 2 mins by car. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Hotel was nice & good for a few days stay.
Pros:

The location was great for what we needed. We stayed at this location many years ago and were not happy with the quality. This time was totally different. Employees were very friendly, room was nice & clean.

Cons:

Breakfast could have been better. The employees working were there were very nice & friendly. Unfortunately they ran out of some food, 1 of the waffle machines was not working, little things like that.

We had a lot of fun great location!
Pros:

Cynthia was amazing super sweet and caring!!! She definitely deserves a raise!

Cons:

It was all great the people above my friend in their room was a little loud the 1st night and when we was leaving the people above me was loud (stomping,pounding) but other then that it was great!

Pros:

I didn't like that the dryer is $1.50 for 38 mins and my clothes was wasn't dry at all. Everything came out very damp. I was extremely disappointed to have to take home damp clothes in a suitcase back to NYC.
