The overall stay was adequate. We did have to wait almost 10 minutes to get checked in, and the bathroom shampoo dispenser was empty. However the room was clean and the staff treated us well.
Expedia charged me took the money from my account. When I got to the hotel, they told me that Expedia never made the payment gave me a printout that shows where the payment sent to the hotel was declined three times however the money was deducted from my bank account so they charge me again. I had to pay twice for the same room. The hotel is saying it’s on Expedia, yet Expedia is saying it’s on the hotel…. and nobody would help me get my money back so now I’m having to dispute the charges with my bank. This has been the most awful experience on a week where money where money is tight because I am a single mother and the reason I had to stay in a hotel in my home town is because I am having plumbing issues at home and I needed this money for the plumber. As of check out nothing is yet resolved. I will never stay at another Hampton Inn or book through Expedia again.
I didn’t have any issues with the property and plan on staying again in the future. Next time I will book directly with the motel rather than Expedia because we booked for a king size bed and got 2 queens instead.

Noisy highway next to room. Odd placement for bathroom faucet and shower head. Great other than those two items. Staff very friendly.

There was a terrible smell near and in elevator. Mentioned my concern to front desk as it smelled like could be gas or toxic. Was advised repairs being done to elevator

No grab bars for the shower made it difficult entering and exiting the shower.
The staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are nice. I just wish the bathtub was updated as well. The overall experience was great. Please do not miss breakfast!!!...DELICIOUS!!!

Unfortunately lost my money because my grandson was not old enough to check in. It was a non-refundable rate through Expedia. So they had nowhere to stay for the weekend. Guess it was my fault for not knowing that, but it still left him with nowhere to stay.
My wife was uncomfortable staying on the 1st floor. The person behind the counter (Ashley) was extremely accommodating and found us an available room on the 2nd floor very quickly changed our reservation
