Guide was difficult to use on the tv, but after awhile you get use to it.

Our family highly enjoyed their stay, we would stay here again!
Pros:

Friendly staff, clean common areas, pool and room. Easy check in and out. Hot coffee available all day in the lobby, plenty of seating for breakfast, plenty of parking, covered area by front door for loading and unloading vehicle. Plenty of pillows, blankets and towels in room.

Cons:

A little far from restaurants and attractions but we should have looked at those things prior to booking.

Miserable
Pros:

The rooms were nice, breakfast was great, beds were comfortable.

Cons:

We froze all night. All the thermostats will not go past 69°. Our room stayed at 68 all night when we set it at 72. Our family had 3 rooms and they were all the same. The remote in the bedroom also didn't work.

Cons:

It was very frustrating to pick this location based on amenities and then be told we were not allowed to use them. There is nothing on their website that suggested the pool had to be reserved and even when we checked in we were not told we needed to make reservations. Needless to know it was very disappointing.

Delightful Breakfast Experience!
Pros:

Chuck and Cheryl were wonderful! They were cheerful in the morning. They were engaging and funny. Absolutely delightful!! Food made to order was delicious too!! The hotel is beautiful, clean and a great location for our soccer tournament. Rooms are spacious and the cost with breakfast and happy hour included is excellent!

Best Chef Chuck
Pros:

Wonderful clean, newly renovated hotel with the best breakfast. Chuck is very friendly and fixes the best omelets in Lexington. Thank you so much for the wonderful stay. I will be back soon

Pros:

Great staycation at this location. Attentive staff was wonderful. Thank you Ernest for making us feel at home. Marg at the front desk and Pam on the phone wins helpful w securing our reservation. The kids had a fun time too

Judd makes the best omelettes in town!
Pros:

Judd at the omelette bar stole the show! The rooms are comfortable and they have Pappy van Winkle at the bar! Also snacks and free drinks at happy hour.
