It was very frustrating to pick this location based on amenities and then be told we were not allowed to use them. There is nothing on their website that suggested the pool had to be reserved and even when we checked in we were not told we needed to make reservations. Needless to know it was very disappointing.
Chuck and Cheryl were wonderful! They were cheerful in the morning. They were engaging and funny. Absolutely delightful!! Food made to order was delicious too!! The hotel is beautiful, clean and a great location for our soccer tournament. Rooms are spacious and the cost with breakfast and happy hour included is excellent!
Wonderful clean, newly renovated hotel with the best breakfast. Chuck is very friendly and fixes the best omelets in Lexington. Thank you so much for the wonderful stay. I will be back soon

Judd at the omelette bar stole the show! The rooms are comfortable and they have Pappy van Winkle at the bar! Also snacks and free drinks at happy hour.
Louisville KY East. Shelbie, Trent, Elisha, Angela, were fantastic. Food, drinks, service was awesome, friendly each day of two week stay.
Chuck makes a phenomenal omelet. Relaxed bar area, service, and common area. Overall accommodating and nice stay. Rooms clean and comfortable.

This location is great and centrally located for business meetings, trainings, and family gatherings. Due to the weather (winter storm) hit we were locked in for an entire day. But the staff and other visiting guest were amazing. We met a host of wonderful people that shared stories that will
be told for years to come.The rooms were very clean and just what we needed. The room service was superb. The complimentary “Happy Hour “ was a classic touch to the hotel. We were impressed with the comfortable atmosphere.
I would highly recommend the Embassy Suite by Hilton Louisville East area as your next destination
