Pros:

Very good service.

Cons:

Second floor is very noisy at night due to slamming doors of nearby rooms. Occupants above our room on 3rd floor produced very loud footsteps on the ceiling of our room.

Overall we really enjoyed our stay, we would stay again!
Pros:

Loved everything! The property was clean and the room was clean and comfortable! The young man who checked us in was very kind and made us feel very welcome! The breakfast was delicious, many options and the coffee was great as well! Also the location was perfect, short walk to the beach and close to a lot of restaurants n such.

Cons:

A couple of the ladies serving breakfast could have been a little more friendly. They need a little more parking, and either another elevator or a bigger one!

Overall Destin is the most beautiful place I've seen j will be back but never at this hotel

The location was amazing and the night staff lady with the pretty glasses was the sweetest woman and made sure we had everything we needed !!

Also the fire alarm went off for 2 nights in a row at 5 am . The first day we got there the front desk lady wearing a big fustian puffer jacket looks at me and says um you're here to early . I said im sorry I booked the room for Easter as well I just had a long drive . She said sorry booking canceled after begging her with my child there she finally
Reinstated the booking she gave me the worst room because she was mad at me ... multiple staff members said wow you got the worst room we have for a week stay that's not normal . She was so rude should never would a front desk honestly . The rest
Of the staff was great. My part at fault was I forgot to call to let them know after a 14 hour drive that we were still on our way . The entire booking got canceled . Even with it reinstated it was a huge inconvenience. And we didn't even get our money back we got charged 6 nights when I only was there 5
