Pros:

That I was going to be getting all my money back from the 2 day booking that I had to cancel due to the front desk could not take a virtual debit card from off my phone with my name on it and manually insert it into the system for payment of security deposit. So I had to go relocate and change my plans that had been made for a month. My booing messages says they are waiting on your responce.

Very nice location with easy access to the beach and other places, would definitely stay again.
Pros:

Excellent breakfast with nice selection. Comfortable bed. All appliances worked well. Great location only 3/10 mile from the beach.

Cons:

The breakfast did not start on time the first day and the pancake machine broke twice during our stay.

Nice location, Wonderful breakfast, Friendly housekeepers.

Cons:

They neglected to notify us of a major paint project taking place inside the hotel in the rooms and hallways. I have lung disease and paid for 5 days. I had a bad headache and breathing problems tye entire stay. The girl at the front desk mistakenly overcharged me by $180.00 and after I discovered this, it took 2 days for my money to show up in my bank account. Upon checkout, we asked for a late checkout at 12pm(the loud guests next to us got a late 1pm checkout the day before), she threatened to charge me for a whole day. We were out by 12:15pm and she decided not to charge me but the whole experience was a nightmare.

Pros:

Great having breakfast included, lots to choose from. Close walk to beach and shops

Cons:

Water was out for showers for a while. We were told after we had paid for rooms, luckily didn’t inconvenience us too much.
