Great location, clean room, friendly staff.
The breakfast area is extremely small and the food was scarce. There was not any fruit and there was no yogurt in the fridge despite the fact that it was only 8:15. We always look forward to the cinnamon rolls and in the 5 days we were there, there were none. Seemed that no one was re-stocking once the items were gone. Seems that they would have adequate food at least until breakfast was over.
It was in a great location!
Room looked old and outdated the shower head was loose and rusty the bed was extremely hard to sleep in I had to sleep on the sofa bed and that was hard too we left a day early because my back was hurting so bad. The location was very good because it's around everything. The breakfast was alright; the breakfast area was small to sit in we went back to the room to eat. they didn't have any utensils out to fix our food The elevator was squeaking and loud and shaking on the way up and down. It was just ok, I don't think we'll be back at this location it just wasn't my cup of tea.
I enjoyed the location more than anything
By writing this reviewing, I'm making sure that ppl who make your travel memorable, get some recognition.
Venice at the front desk was the best part of this hotel, she took her time to ensure we get the rooms on the same floor and close to each other so that the family of 6 with a senior citizen are not struggling.
Leaving this aside, this is your typical HolidayInn. Some struggles with the breakfast, we had to knock the kitchen's door to get the chaffing dishes refilled at 9AM. B'fast ends at 10 though (lol). Great location and rooms are comfortable.

Breakfast, if you want you can avoid paying for a room with breakfast. It is not worth it and they stop refilling after 9AM.
The convenience to the beach
The breakfast was out of so many things and the juice machine wasn’t working, and I picked there so that we could have breakfast
Great location. About a five minute walk to a beautiful beach and several places to eat along the way. Also great location for other restaurants and shops.

The room next to us was loud kids screaming jumping running. This made the experience less enjoyable.

I haven’t received my deposit. The hallways are way too hot.
Facilities were very good and staff very helpful and friendly.
We stayed on the first floor and the loudness and number of slamming doors was very annoying. Finally stopped around 10:30.
Easy to find & easy parking. Comfortable bed. Plenty of towels and amenities provided as expected.

That I was going to be getting all my money back from the 2 day booking that I had to cancel due to the front desk could not take a virtual debit card from off my phone with my name on it and manually insert it into the system for payment of security deposit. So I had to go relocate and change my plans that had been made for a month. My booing messages says they are waiting on your responce.

Excellent breakfast with nice selection. Comfortable bed. All appliances worked well. Great location only 3/10 mile from the beach.
The breakfast did not start on time the first day and the pancake machine broke twice during our stay.
