Pros:

Everything about it was of high standard, including the staff too. Services were impeccable. The location was superb and of close proximity to my conference center (JNICC). I'd definitely choose it again.

Best atmosphere and best hospitality
Pros:

I recently stayed at Four Points and had a very pleasant experience. The property remains well-maintained, with comfortable rooms and a warm, welcoming atmosphere that made my stay relaxing.

The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options. Everything was well-prepared and beautifully presented, making it a great start to the day.

The staff were courteous, attentive, and always ready to assist, which added to the overall comfort of the stay.

However, after returning here after two years, we were disappointed to learn that Chef Pankaj is no longer with the team. We truly missed him, as we had such wonderful memories of his exceptional culinary skills. His presence and food were definitely missed this time.
