We are a private jet crew. 3 of us were staying at the Four Points by Sheraton for two nights.
2 pilots and me, the flight attendant.
We had a great stay, the rooms were clean (housekeeping being very proactive and efficient), the food was good, and when I had to order catering for my flight, and could not get in touch with a chef from a high end hotel, the whole restaurant staff at the Four Points offered to help me.
I needed to order for the next morning (7.30 AM) 1 breakfast and 1 lunch for 6. To take away, and serve on board.
When I arrived at 7am the staff told me the food was all ready and packed. I went through all of it with them, everything was freshly cooked and properly packed (spill free containers and double wrapped). Every item was labeled, and the quantity was generous.
While on board, my passengers really enjoyed their meals and said I quote 'it is even better than in the restaurant' although it was reheated.
The food was very good quality and tasty. I have nothing negative to say about it, it was perfect.
Thank you to Leonard who helped me arrange everything from the day before, kept in touch with me via whatsapp (even after being off duty, having finished his shift) making sure the communication is clear and always remaining always available.
The team at the restaurant is very kind, professional and helpful.
I will recommend this hotel with my eyes closed.
