It was okay but not up to my expectations of a sheraton hotel. Little things like instant coffee and no milk were a disappointment

I will certainly never stay there again.
Cons:

The hotel did not meet my expectations. For $200, I got a small, claustrophobic room that no longer meets the current standards for a hotel of this class. The hotel is in need of further renovations. The exterior, in particular, could really use a fresh coat of paint, as it looks quite tired and worn. It currently feels a bit neglected and outdated.

Pros:

I ordered a cake from their bakery and it's safe to say they did not disappoint. The cake looked amazing and was moist, taste was spot on and it was the perfect addition to the birthday celebration! I'm definitely going to be ordering again! 👌🏼

Very good option for Dar es Salaam
Pros:

The location of the hotel is very good, in the city center and also close to the ferry to Zanzibar. We could also walk a little bit to see the main attractions. Rooms were big enough and clear. Staff was very nice and helpful. We could even watch the World Cup final on the TV in our room. They also offered fruits and water in the room. The Seafood Bar was a very good option for the dinner with acceptable prices.

Cons:

We stayed only for one night. Everything was ok for such a short stay.

Clean and exceptional
Pros:

The hotel is in a great location, within walking distance from the ferry and other tourist attractions. It is very clean, the meals are great, and the staff are exceptional - they went above and beyond, decorated the room beautifully for our anniversary, and gave us the best. We truly enjoyed our stay.

Pros:

Our stream was very good and we drive, especially the dog. Restaurant Indian chef, making very tasty food and support for all kind of diet plan as well as specially chef. Saurabh and Chef was supporting a lot, delicious dishes, especially.
