Room was very clean. Breakfast was great

Cons:

They didn't have my reservation in their system. The elevator was broken. Very difficult to carry luggage up and down the stairs.

Very Disappointed

The property was clean and directly across the street from the casino.

Cons:

What I didn’t like about the property was that the elevators weren’t working and I’m a disabled veteran with mobility issues. Secondly the stay wasn’t pleasant or comfortable because children or adults were running, jumping and knocking on my door starting from 8:19pm till early morning. I called the front desk and to no avail did any staff or manager did anything. Thirdly the breakfast was alright, would’ve liked some non pork meat options. For the price I paid I was very disappointed!! Wouldn’t stay here again.

We would stay again in a pinch, but not being able to get a good night's sleep is a deal breaker.
Pros:

The location is excellent for any event at Harrah's. The staff was wonderful. We had a billing screw up and the staff was very courteous and responsive in helping correct it. The towels and pillows were good and the shower was great.

Cons:

The beds were awful. Very soft and thin, and uncomfortable.

Pros:

Facility was clean. Staff was very nice.

Cons:

We had to request towels every day. They never cleaned up the used towels or took the trash from our room.
