Bon hôtel avec personnel agréable
Pros:

Le petit déjeuner, le personnel très attentionné, l’emplacement à 20 minutes à pieds du centre ville.

Cons:

L’aération trop chaude, eau froide dans la chambre mais dédommagement par l’hôtel. Personnel compréhensif et attentif.

Not the best
Pros:

The location was convenient, about a 10 minute walk to the city centre

Cons:

The standard rooms advertised on the photos is not an accurate representation in real life. Our room was tiny, the mattress needed replacing and the aircon also did not work. Not the most comfortable stay, which is rather expensive for what we got.

Excellent value in good location and a little bit different in a good way
Pros:

This hotel is a real welcome change from the bland offerings which are quite common now. It is true that the interior is quite dated (I think I recognised my parents' carpet!) But the room is large. I had a bath in a bathroom that was a decent size, a fridge and also a big closet. What's not to like? No tea and coffee in the room but you can get a coffee or tea in the lobby. I also liked that you can have a drink in the bar in the evening downstairs. This hotel is real value for money in a very good location just one tram stop from Eurolille. I was in Lille for 3 days and this was a great choice for me

Cons:

A tip for getting around. There is both a tram line and a metro. The signposting is surprisingly similar. But the hotel is on the TRAM line and the stop is ROMARIN. I didn't work this out till I had searched the Metro map for about 20 mins looking for ROMARIN

Pros:

L'hôtel est très joli et propose un bon rapport qualité-prix.
La literie est confortable et la chambre agréable.
Le petit déjeuner est généreux et le pain comme les croissants sont très bons.
L'hôtel n'est pas très loin de la gare. J'ai pu le rejoindre à pieds, mais le tram peut nous déposer à quelques pas de l'entrée.
J'ai également apprécié l'accueil tardif. Je suis arrivé à 22h30 et ça n'a posé aucun problème à l'établissement.

Cons:

J'ai pu entendre un bruit redondant, qui ne m'a cependant pas empêché de dormir. Donc rien de bien grave.
L'autre point qui m'a surpris, c'est l'odeur un peu spéciale de la salle de bain. Rien d'insurmontable, d'autant que la pièce était très propre.

Pros:

Een goede bereikbare locatie met parkeermogelijkheid. Vriendelijk personeel. Kamer was schoon en ruim.

Vanaf de snelweg was het hotel snel en makkelijk te vinden.

Pros:

The staff were extremely helpful & knowledgable on the area. Rooms were clean & well maintained. The place was easy to get to, 8mins by bike. The Tram stops 10m from the door.
Good breakfast bar.

Cons:

Breakfast eggs didn't work: trying to boil your own eggs in dubious temperature water? Otherwise the cereals & milk alternatives were readily available, along with pastries, toast & fruit were very good.
The lightning in the rooms could be better.

Pas d'eau chaude aucun dédommagement n’a été accepter on nous a meme pas prévenu qu'il n'y avais pas d'eau chaude ! Refus total d'être rembourser lit qualité médiocre si j'aurais pu mettre 0 je l'aurais fais !
