Bad experience
Pros:

Location was great. Right off the highway.

Cons:

Needs upgrades!! Went for a tournament. No staff to check us in for at least 30 minutes or so & when they did information was in someone else’s name. Luckily I read before signing…and when I asked for it to be corrected it was someone’s else’s address the second time…facility smelled horrible in the elevator & hot in the building. Didn’t eat the breakfast. Will not stay again.

We like the location of the hotel and size of the room.The sink clogged, we found a bug in the room.
Pros:

The breakfast ran out before we could eat. It also closed up too early.

Cons:

The sink in our bathroom kept clogging and the hot water tan out on the last night so my kids took a cold shower.

Pros:

The water pressure was terrible and as you walked down the second floor hallway it smelled sour in our bathroom we could hear what folks where saying through the ceiling vent kinda of creepy overall I wouldn't stay there again.

We only stayed one night and checked in fairly late since we were visiting the local theme park.
Cons:

Room smelled like chemicals when we came in. I can only assume chlorine since it was right next to the pool.

Okay visit. Could return primarily based solely on location.
Pros:

Location was ideal for our trip to holiday world. Straight shot and only 10 minutes away. It was convenient to be within walking distance of a gas station few restaurants and a drug store.

Cons:

We were on the third floor, with a toddler. Window did not lock, upon entering the room we checked for cleanliness and bugs. No bugs but appeared a male had been in the bathroom. Toilet seat up, urine spot and undesirable hair. No vending machine on our floor. They do have breakfast but very slim picking of options.
