Location was ideal for our trip to holiday world. Straight shot and only 10 minutes away. It was convenient to be within walking distance of a gas station few restaurants and a drug store.
We were on the third floor, with a toddler. Window did not lock, upon entering the room we checked for cleanliness and bugs. No bugs but appeared a male had been in the bathroom. Toilet seat up, urine spot and undesirable hair. No vending machine on our floor. They do have breakfast but very slim picking of options.
The room was good size, the air conditioning was good.
Housekeeping was bad no one came to redo the bed linens ,towels or trash until we said something again.
Breakfast no milk was offered.
The beds were super comfortable!
We didn't have hot water in our room. After telling the staff 3 times, it was never fixed. The one shower we were able to take was cold.
Love the location
We was on first floor, and we could here kids running right on top of our room
Construction right outside our room while they were fixing the vending machines and removing them. Just was incredibly loud and woke me up. Definitely need to be more aware of your guests sleeping right where you are working.
It was very clean and staff were very accommodating
The breakfast was very underwhelming for the price
Lots of convenience within walking distance like places to eat, gas station and Dunkin Doughnuts for breakfast in the morning. Room was nice and clean and bed was comfortable
The side doors wouldn't work with key card so had to go in through the front doors. Not a lot of parking if the hotel has alot of guest and wifi sucked very weak signal and keep disconnecting
The coffee and the scrambled eggs were fine. The beds were comfortable.
The sausage, though in a heated serving tray, was cold. Not safe! Made me wonder if it was dumped in frozen or cold.
Everything
Very Dirty! I had to ask for a remote and a plunger. Screen was broke which I brought to there attention. The rude owner blamed me. Charged my employers account.
Location was great!
The staff were nice, and the location is good. It’s right off Highway 64, only about 11 minutes from Holiday World, with several fast-food restaurants and a CVS within walking distance.
However, there was an ant problem in our room—not just a few here and there, but quite a bit. The phone in the room did not work at all. It had no dial tone, and there wasn’t even a telephone cord attached.
The sheets seemed clean, but there were old stains on them. Breakfast was decent—the eggs were good—but for those who like ketchup or hot sauce, bring your own, as none was provided in the breakfast room.
The back door on the first floor that leads out to the parking lot had a trash can overflowing with garbage. It smelled sour, with a perfume-like scent sprayed to cover it, which made the smell even worse. There were cigarette butts everywhere at this entrance. Before noticing this, many families (including mine) used the back way because it was very convenient for reaching the second floor.
The coffee maker in our room did not work. Also, make sure to ask about the daily safe fee at checkout—it wasn’t mentioned to us, and my husband only noticed it when reading the paperwork at check-in. This fee can easily be missed, especially when traveling hours away with a car full of kids.
The price was good, and we only stayed two days. Despite the issues, I would stay here again on our next visit.
Tv and wifi didnt work.
