Excellent, staff were amazing, the hotel is one of the best I've stayed in ever, breakfast 5*

I never make the effort for reviews but this was worth it: Staff, cleanliness of rooms, facilities, pools, food/breakfast everything was 5 star. The design of the hotel and the pools dotted around the venue was perfect too.

Cons:

Very hard to provide some negative feedback, my only thing would be to provide slightly better gym machine options such as a free-bar with weights.

ארוחת בוקר מלאה ומפנקת, מגוון רחב שמתאים לכולם, שפע של אוכל, הכל טרי וטעים, חדר האוכל מרווח מאוד וניתן גם לשבת בחוץ. הבריכה הכי כיפית שהיינו בה, שפע של מקום לשבת, ירידה ישר לחוף הים, קבלת פנים נעימה וצוות מלון מאוד שירותי ומסביר פנים, הם היו ממש ממש מקסימים, ותמיד ענו בחיוך ובשמחה, שדרגו אותנו ללא עלות לחדרי משפחות עם דלת מקשרת

לנו זה לא הפריע, אבל החדרים בחלקם ממוקמים בקומות (אנחנו היינו קומה 2) והמלון עצום כך שהירידה מהחדר לחדר אוכל או לבריכה היא יחסית ארוכה, מי שעם עגלה או תינוק שייקח זאת בחשבון.

We had an absolutely amazing experience at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, the service was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and taken care of throughout our entire stay.

The food was delicious, with plenty of great options, and everything we tried was fresh and beautifully prepared. The views were absolutely breathtaking and made the whole experience even more special and unforgettable.
And the rooms were cleaned daily and well-equipped!

Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations in every way.
We would happily come back again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a wonderful stay in Koh Samui!

המקום מאד מאד מטופח ונקי הרבה צימחיה ותחזוקה שוטפת ברמה גבוהה. מיקום מצויין ושקט. הבריכה היתה נעימה והאוכל במסעדה מאד טוב .כל יום הביאו מגבות נקיות לבריכה כחלק מנקיון החדר.

Not Worth the Money. Around 3–3.5 Stars
Pros:

Good breakfast and coffee. The room was clean.

Cons:

Boat Suite. The room was old and needs renovation, and the bathroom AC did not cool, only circulated air. Only one restaurant, with disappointing and overpriced food.
At check-out, the host offered a taxi at around 20–30% above the regular rate. We declined, but were asked 2–3 times to reconsider.
Overall, not the experience we expected.
