Cons:

Hi, I’m really disappointed with my stay. The bed was in very poor condition — it smelled bad, was ripped, and the mattress had visible stains. This is not acceptable, especially for the price paid. It did not meet basic cleanliness standards. I would appreciate you addressing this

It was very comfortable, convenient, excel service and it is always clean.
Pros:

I love the full breakfast and the fact that it is close to the Domain area. I also love the fast that the property is always clean and the staff is always professional.

Cons:

Some parts of the room like the tiles in the floor in the bathroom on the 4 floor could be remolded and the tub renovated. I was trying to remember the number if you come from the elevator it will be on the right side in the middle of the hallway.
