It was a good location, clean and the evening desk clerk was very professional.
Our water in the bathtub broke and I was not able to take a bath. I reported it to the morning desk clerk and she could care less. I reported it to the general manager and although it states they will “try to make it right” they didn’t offer to make it right at all.
Close to my son's home. Good air conditioning... nice breakfast and the kitchen servers were kind and friendly.
As I walked around the building there was a dead squirrel near the dog wast container; I told the desk twice but it remained there all 5 days!

Ice machine did not work on my floor- 2nd floor
The breakfast was excellent the first morning ... scrambled eggs, bacon, toast, juice, oranges, apples ... but the sausage in the breakfast biscuits was undercooked and wasn't very flavorful. If I had eaten oatmeal, I would have enjoyed the array of additives including walnuts, sunflower seeds, brown sugar, etc.
The breakfast selection was sub-par the second morning, so I took the time to cook/eat a delicious waffle even though I was in a rush.
Thanks to the staff for allowing me a 4:00 p.m. checkout.
