Location
TV didn't work, bed squeaky/noising, off-putting smell in general, people in lobby with bags that appeared to be their personal possessions.
Everything
It was less expensive than some of the places around it. Free parking. Room had a refrigerator.
Out in the middle of nowhere with the closest breakfast place 13 min by car. The outlets by the bed didn’t work, the lamp above one of the beds didn’t work, The bed smelled like body odor. The walls are so thin that I could hear the person in the next room snoring! Tiny bath towels that didn’t even wrap around me. Instead of pushing for people to pay for the upgraded rooms, it would be nice if the normal rooms were better maintained.
I needed a room for two nights with 2 very well behaved dogs and 2 cats. Made the reservation online after it clearly stated no fee for pets. Big dogs permitted, mine are medium, 2+ pets allowed.
When I arrived they told me 2 pet limit and if I didn’t like it they would cancel my reservation but no guarantee I would get my money back. The manager told me she would not honor my 2 night reservation, but if I paid $15 for my additional 3 pets I could stay. This ‘policy’ was shown to me on an in-house piece of paper. I believe they call this the bait and switch. Not anywhere on an website or advertisement. I was exhausted and unwilling/unable to start my search and reservation process from scratch in my truck in their parking lot.
They gave me a room on the fourth floor. I asked for a room near an entrance/exit on the first floor since I will be in and out with the dogs. They gave me a room near an outside exit, but you had to walk all around the building to get back in from the front main entrance. Now might be a good time to mention I’m disabled.
There is obvious broken glass by the handicapped parking spot. Garbage outside everywhere. Plastic bottles, paper, q-tips just to the side of the front entrance. Dog poop not cleaned up outside. A plastic garbage container set up in the hallway where it’s leaking down to the first floor. The ‘wide screen’ tv flickers every few seconds making watching tv annoying if not impossible.
The bed was uncomfortable. Bathroom towels and soap on the floor of the tub. Afraid to shower without my flip flops or a hazmat suit.
The staff was great!
The hotel needs some renovations. It is dark & appears old
Propreté à désirer. Des traces de main peu rassurantes sur le mur au dessus du lit.
The beds were very comfortable.
Need more soap when there is more then one person
I love this place!!!
I have a 1pm checkout, and they are at my door 2 to 3 times from 9:15 am. It happens every time I stay there.
manager had a power trip. she should be fired
the manager
Dumpiest place we’ve ever stayed in. Needs total renovation. They had the nerve to charge almost $300 a night
The room was spacious and clean. Staff was very polite.

Nothing
Everything, My room was next to an equipment which makes a lot of noise all time, and interrupts the night or any time when trying to have some rest. Absolutely annoying.
