The front desk staff particularly Janaa & Rebeca were very helpful in our needs during our stay in the hotel especially securing tickets for a musical show of Caracalla . Also Charbil & Hassan the concierge were excellent. The Hotel was very clean, safe and in a convenient location of Beirut.

DO NOT COME TO THIS PLACE !! very bad wifi services and terrible food service. I stayed for three days only, each morning the breakfast is either late, not what you ordered or not well cooked. Staff who came to the room are really careless and have no sense of responsibility or hospitality.

The hotel is in an good condition for a 5 star hotel, but the design and furniture are very outdated.
The parking is owned by a third party company, so you're not allowed to park your own car, you have to give it to the valet or park on the street, when I spoke to the front desk about it, the lady started bragging about how she went around the world's hotels and it's always like that, you're never allowed to use the hotel's parking in any hotel.
We only had one towel for 2 people, I had to call 3 times for them to finally send me a towel 45mins later.
No one the help by the pool, no bartender, not even towel service.

Pros:

Client service very poor. Location not ideal especially if you have to go to the other side of town or Cory center. Way overpriced for what you get.
