I won’t be staying here again or recommending it.

The only decent thing was the location to many places around the hotel
That’s the only reason I’ve giving it a 2. It quite frankly doesn’t deserve that.

Cons:

Originally the room key didn’t work. Then lights were burnt out in the room. Then we were moved to a new room on another floor. None of the lamp outlets worked. Little things like dirty walls and not finished things in rooms and empty shampoo bottle. The pool area was disgusting as well as the hot tub bottom looked so stained or dirty it put off a murky water look. There were ants on the counter in the breakfast room.

The key card machine was broken so we had to leave our room unlocked or get the front desk to open if we went to the pool, out to eat or visit others staying in the hotel

I did not stay as the conditions of my room were terrible.
Pros:

The only thing I liked about the property was that it was in a convenient location.

Cons:

The property was dirty. I smelled a stench as soon as I walked into the lobby. The key card device wasn’t working so the front desk associate had to let me into my room each time I exited. My room was old looking very worn out looking, the walls and baseboards were filthy as well. Carpet dirty. I did not stay, I requested a refund and was refused one even after only being there for maybe 15 minutes. I do not recommend.

Got us what we needed for an overnight stay for the price. If staying longer somewhere I would have checked elsewhere

Pros:

The room was nice and the breakfast was good. The price on a can of pop was good.

Cons:

The snacks were easy to miss. I needed something to eat and there were no vending machines. They did have beverages for sale. The snacks were in a different place and I didn't notice them until I was checking out.

Pros:

Breakfast started at 7 am so wasn't able to eat before going to volleyball tournament.

Cons:

I paid way too much via booking.com compared to my friends who used ORBITZ and EXPEDIA :( Won't use booking.com again.
