Dirty rooms

The room was clean and the staff was friendly and professional.


During the daytime, there was ample parking. On Saturday night, the parking was limited.

Staff was amazing and room was very clean

The front desk clerks could care less we were there. The breakfast was nothing.

The building and rooms were clean. When we check in, we were not told that the aid condition controls were on the wall and after staying the first night we did not get clean towels second day. when we question the second day about the towels, we were told that we had to ask for them. I don't stay a lot in hotels or motels but i had always gotten fresh towels without asking for them. It seems like the Red Roof Inn was a place for social services needs which i understand that is how you pay your bills. I believe that staff should recognize temporary guests and permeant guests. On the third day when we came back to the Inn our beds were made, and fresh towels were there. Staff was polite and the place was okay.

For the price it's tolerable. The renovations are mostly well done but still not totally complete. The bedding is comfortable but the doors, walls and windows are paper thin. If you're a light sleeper ask for a room as far away from the elevator as possible... the bell chime every time it comes to the floor is super annoying. Coffee was decent with flavored creamer options. Pretty busy street it's on and parking seems limited. Powerful shower head with very fragrant soaps affixed to the wall. The towels could use a bleach, they're white but didn't even seem clean. Clock radio not accurate but couldn't figure out how to set it. Fixed the clock on microwave ourselves though. There's no real closet and no tissues in the room. Check in seemed to take quite a long time with no explanation. Seems like the cleaning service only does bare minimum. If we had to, we'd stay again given the lack of other affordable options in the area, but hopefully our specific accommodation requests will be honored if there's a next time.

No elevator service with 3 floors is wild especially with no notice breakfast where ? There was not even coffee place smelled like mildew honestly would never step foot in a red roof inn again I wish they would refund my money

The room was so clean, the beds are very comfortable. We liked the breakfast!

Nice staff

This is a very normal, nice, Red Roof Inn. Nothing fancy, but clean. And it is dog friendly with no up-charge for 1 dog.
Parking was also very convenient. Decent restaurants were about 1/2 mile away, but there is a McD’s and a Sheetz right there.

The overall experience was good. Nice place to stay at reasonable rates. Staff was friendly and accomodating.

Place is clean, room was nice and clean, were there 5 days and they never came to clean our room but provided us with clean towels and we were ok with that. Too bad its in the shaddy side of the city.coty

It’s a decent hotel and staff were kind and helpful. Although it’s a non smoking hotel, there was a smoker near my room and the their incense didn’t cover the smell.

This was the worse place I ever visited I can’t believe this place is actually a Hotel it should be A Motel the entire place smells like cigarettes and burning cheba The front Desk was very nice and helpful but there’s nothing they can do to repair and better clean the rooms I have Stains all over my white sheets upon checking in the towels was almost brown not white The Beds are very old and the there are creepy people walking around the property at night This is the worse place to stay if u have a car your better off staying in it for the night
