Ubicación y desayuno

Cons:

No hacen aseo a las habitaciones diario, de manera que tiene uno que limpiar y hacer la cama, al preguntar si me mandaban a hacer el aseo me comentaron que no tenía programado ese dia limpieza lo cual es extraño ya que en todos los hoteles le hacen aseo diario. Tampoco estaban pendientes de surtir la habitacion, de manera que nos quedamos sin shampoo, ni jabón en el baño, hasta que nos encontramos con el supervisor y el nos llevó, café para la maquina, jabón y shampoo. Pero pienso que pueden estar mas pendientes de esos temas

The location, the size

Cons:

I needed to stay in Alaska a few extra days due to a broken leg, post surgery. I asked staff for help with securing a disabled room and a shower chair which was not available until day 2. Staff in general were not helpful with broken ice machine, take out breakfast etc. the facilities were adequate mainly just unfriendly, unhelpful staff.

Pros:

Clean comfortable quiet

Cons:

Restaurant only has two options for dinner , so it will cover one or two nights but the variety doesn’t change. Too bad the dinner entry’s remain the same. The food was great!

Staff upgraded our room :)
Pros:

We got a room and the heater was broken. The room was at 65 degrees and me and my girlfriend were chili. We asked if there was a possibility that we could get more blankets. The front desk apologized sincerely and upgraded our room at no extra charge. Very kind, the person treated us like humans. Most people do lol but I think it’s worth highlighting they did what’s right and pulled a very kind/cool move. They even let me stay a few hours more than when I was supposed to leave.
