Staff is amazing, room sucked.
Pros:

The staff were friendly and helpful!

Cons:

The beds were to hard and pillow to soft.
Bathroom and other areas in room were not clean.
As a housekeeper, myself I saw a lot of things that are not ok. Hair in the bathroom, glass door not clean. Mirrors cleaned with windex with smudges. Bed had hair on it.Towels were rough. Ice machine didn't work on the floor. Parking lot not plowed in the morning. The price was overprice for this room. The fan was loud.

Awful service, ok room
Pros:

Room looked clean and was stocked with towels and coffee service

Cons:

The staff saw me and my new wife in our wedding clothes (big flowy wedding dress and three piece suit) and didn’t say congratulations or even smile at us. The exasperated tone and eye rolls were so upsetting that I never want to stay in a Hilton again. A simple smile would have made the stay an ok one but just a comment about my wife and I’s biggest day would’ve make the stay a 10/10 without any effort. The room could’ve been overrun with mold if the staff was kind and actually cared about anything relating to the customer.

Comfortable hotel in good location
Pros:

The hotel is located in mid town near many other different hotels. An Applebees and Golden Corral is in walking distance or just across the road. Another bar, Bear Paw Bar and Grill, is right next door.
I stayed in a room with two queen beds on the first floor. The beds were very comfortable.
Everything was very clean. I did not try the pool, but the fitness room featured dumbbells, treadmill and elliptical as well as a spinning bike. There were also mats and a workout bench and with all that it was definitely on the better side of hotel gyms in that category.
The free wifi was okay, I did not try the payed one for faster access. The front desk people were very helpful.

Cons:

the room was very narrow and long. It could use a little bit of remodeling. It was okay to spend the night. The heat/air conditioning as well as the fridge were a little bit on the loud side.
I tried the contact less key on the app, but it never worked.

Pros:

One of the most uncomfortable beds I’ve been in It started snowing Sunday before I arrived No one cleared the sidewalks until Wednesday morning at 5 am they ran out of coffee for the rooms. I checked in Monday and when housekeeping finally came Wednesday I got one regular coffee pod and one decaf. I mean if you guys are struggling financially maybe charge more for the precooked breakfast. The prices keep going up
And the service keeps going down

Very clean, bright. Even smelled clean. Courteous, helpful staff..

Cons:

The heater in my room was a bit loud. The heater might need servicing. I wish they would lock the side doors after midnight. They closed very loud, and people were in and out all night.

We enjoyed our stay, the electric heater did help wark the room. The hotel has only one wheelchair for all guests to use
Pros:

The hotel was clean, nicely decorated and furnished, staff was friendly and it was in a great location for our family’s needs.

Cons:

When we arrived, the heater did not work and it was very cold. I called the front desk to let them know. They gave us extra blankets and an electric heater. We stayed 3 nights and they never repaired the heater. This was in December in Anchorage,Alaska, when a heater is needed. We survived.

Clean hotel with great amenities for a reasonable price
Pros:

The rooms were updated and comfortable. The pool and hot tub were nice, and the breakfast was hot and ready.

Cons:

We were confused by the continental breakfast because the muffins, yogurt, and fruit were out and ready, but we also saw people with hot foods (eggs and bacon). The second morning we were told we had to choose between the hot foods and what was already out, not enjoy both.

Pros:

Rooms are new and overall including the lobby is clean. Location is great and close to restaurants. It is a bit noisy and can hear traffic. There is no free breakfast which is a bit disappointing.

Good hotel Hilton
Pros:

Well located, good and free parking, rooms are okay. Front of busy and noisy street, very clean rooms and hotel. It's pretty pricey, front of golden coral, and next to Starbucks.

Pros:

The shuttle driver was the best, he had to load our heavy bags and heavy moose antlers and smiled the whole time. The people at the front desk are very helpful and friendly. The room was clean and had coffee and tea available.

excellent, and good price
Pros:

we stay in LOTS of hotels, mid to high price range
ours was a 2 queen rm
this hilton is similar to others but details are all better, maybe really new:
>the shower was the best i've used in a long time (functional, hot, not slippery, very clean, etc) not a small thing for travelers
>decor is generic but much more tasteful than most chains
>plenty of plugs, wifi good enough for us (10)
>plenty of space, drawers, etc for longer stay
>it's dog friendly, but they put dogs on bottom floor, so no allergy problem upstairs
>staff gracious (very important) and competent

terrible hotel
Pros:

absolutely not going back here. frontdesk are worse. no costumer service ability. we came there to celebrate my daughter birthday. on of our guest accidentally stain the linen because of she suddenly have a period. the stain is very small and charge us $100 for that.
