Cons:

If I could give this hotel a zero star review I would. My experience here was by far the worst one I have ever had at a hotel. They entered one of our rooms unauthorized, stole a valuable piece of jewelry and have been everything but helpful in pinpointing what happened. Do yourself a favor and pick a different hotel.

The hotel was much better before but this time it is a total disappointment.
Pros:

Large rooms

Cons:

Noisy ground floor, as I heard all the noises from outside and upper floor levels.
Room temperature is not enough although the air conditioning system was working full power.
Heat of the water in the shower and sink was not enough, I can say I showered with cold water in 12F weather.
There is a big metal staying under the bed that hurt by ankle.
Breakfast was quite less quality producted

Best Hotel Ever Definitely Worth The Price!!
Pros:

The Best Hotel I've ever been at!! Great Service with amazing location, Incredible Breakfast, Very clean and Beautiful Hotel with freshly Renovated rooms. Christian checked me in and he was the definition of a Superstar!!! The first 10 seconds of him greeting me I kid you not he made my Day 10x Better, He was so nice, welcoming and you can tell he actually cares about his job. That's rare in this world nowadays... Went to the lobby multiple times, he was always doing something productive and such a hard worker:) Asked him for a request and he Never took that smile off his face! This was Most definitely worth the price! Would pay double the price if I got that experience again:) Will Most Definitely Be Back Here!!!

I was not pleased with being assigned a room that was not finished being clean and then having to change rooms twice wit

I liked the location and cleanliness.

Cons:

I did not like that I had to change rooms twice. My second room did not have A/C or a working shower.

Schöne Apartments mit einer sehr guten Aufteilung. Die Fenster ließen sich ebenfalls aufmachen. Endlich Frühstück mit Besteck und Geschirr, anstatt Plastik!

Cons:

Pool area was filthy, there was hair in and around the pool. The jets in the pool weren’t working so I don’t believe there pump is working. Pool isn’t being filtered properly.

Ou room included a pull out couch. When we went to set it up for our kids to sleep on the bottom of the mattress was covered on stains + mold.

Our room was hot the entire stay. Our thermostat was set to 64 and cool. And our room was 75/76 the whole time. My son and I woke up with a horrible cough after our 1 night stay. Which makes me think there air system and HVAC are dirty.
