Pros:

Everything on the outside was very well kept and clean The property was well maintained People we ran into were very polite.

Cons:

The floor in the room was very dirty as if it was never mopped. Wish they put more supplies for coffee in the room not enough for the time we were there. I don't like the fact I had to go to the opposite end of the property to have a cigar. Should be able to have a cigar on the porch. Didn't like you couldn't bring drinks into the pool area.

Nice clean room with a private parking garage. Excellent staff members. Separate buildings, one room to the side of you and that's it. I'm not sure about the junior rooms but mine was just two individual rooms with each having a parking garage.

Cons:

Water heater could have been turned up a bit.

Convenient and good for a short stay.
Pros:

The pools were nice. The grills looked great however we did not take advantage of them. Nice location. Nice landscaping. Free and covered parking!

Cons:

Our room had a sewer smell for the first day. May have been dry drains and unclean toilet. The kitchenette was full of crumbs under the fridge and around the garbage. And the refrigerator smelled at first too.

Hot time in Lake Havasu!
Pros:

Awesome staff make this property exceptional. Every member of the community was very friendly. Our unit was clean and well appointed. We had a studio unit and it was great for the two of us.
