The check-in process was smooth and hassle-free.

The hotel is conveniently located about 10–13 minutes from Lucerne and is within walking distance of the main attractions.

The room was equipped with air conditioning, which made our stay comfortable. Overall, we had a pleasant and comfortable one-night stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Ausgezeichnete Lage für ein Städtetrip. Das Zimmer war ausreichend groß, sauber und einfach eingerichtet.

Cons:

Auf Aufbettung würde ich verzichten, darauf schläft man schlecht. Das Frühstück ist okay aber nicht spektakulär. Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit

Ideal für eine Stadtbesichtigung.
Pros:

Das Hotel hat seinen Zweck erfüllt und die Lage war für eine Stadtbesichtigung perfekt. Das einchecken war unproblematisch und das Parken im nebenan gelegenen Parkhaus war sehr komfortabel. Das Frühstück war sehr gut.

Cons:

Duschen in der Badewanne mit Vorhang ist nicht gerade angenehm.
