Buona soluzione vicinissima al centro

Vicinanza al centro e parcheggio adiacente

Te dan la opción de aparcar con ellos en su parking o en los aparcamientos de la calle, ofreciéndote un precio algo más bajo que en su propio parking. Una vez encontramos el hueco en el parking de la calle, cuando acudí a la recepción para buscar al personal y hacer esta opción de parking, el personal está dividido en varios hoteles, entonces solo tiene una persona para todo, me dijo que no estaba en la oficina en ese momento y que tenía que meterlo en el parking suyo entonces tendría que pagar la cuota más alta. Tuve que pagar finalmente el precio más alto no se nos ofreció ninguna otra alternativa y el checking lo hace una máquina no hay ninguna persona para hacer el checking

Pros:

Sehr gute Lage. Man kommt zu Fuß schnell in die Altstadt, Hauptbahnhof, Hafen, Vierwaldstättersee. Das Frühstück hat wenige, dafür aber regionale Zutaten wie Käse, Marmelade und Baguette zur Auswahl. Man wird auf jeden Fall satt. Das Personal ist sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Zusammenarbeit mit Hotel de la Paix funktioniert sehr gut (Gepäckaufbewahrung, Parkkarte).

Cons:

Zimmer etwas sehr klein und eng für zwei Personen. Ausstattung sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Preis-Leistung stimmt daher leider im Vergleich zu anderen Hotels und Städten gar nicht. Wohl für Luzern jedoch Standard (halbes Jahr im Voraus gebucht: >170 Euro DZ p.N.)

The location was good. You’re close to the train station and you can walk there.

Cons:

The communication should’ve been better. There’s a reception area where they’re supposed to be a person so not all self check-in. Basically there was no communication unless you really read up on it. When you’re staying at multiple hotels, it’s nice to have communication.

Estupendo para estancia corta de escapada en pareja en Lucerna.
Pros:

La limpieza y distribución y luminosidad de la pieza, así como su tranquilidad y comodidad de la cama. También la buena ubicación del hotel, cercano a todos los lugares de atracción turística y de la estación de tren, lo que hace muy sencillo desplazarse a pie.

Cons:

La oferta del desayuno deja un tanto que desear en cuanto a variedad.

Location was good as it was walking distance to most sites. The bus stop to train statoon was just outside the hotel. Breakfast was simple with a few choices.

Cons:

Self check in. The system could not find my reservation and I had to go to the counter at the sister hotel.

Goed hotel voor stop-over met goede bedden en heerlijk ontbijt

Goed verzorgd hotel, waar je zelf voor je check-in zorgt, waarbij de kamer zeer netjes was en het ontbijt uitstekend. Zowaar bij het ontbijt personeel tegen het lijf gelopen. Met op loopafstand een parkeergarage, waar de auto veilig stond
