Location was superb for my requirements, superb value for my quick visit.
I don't feel I was there long enough to form a valued opinion. I will say, being a retired specialist decorator, the pillars outside the lift,and palmistry at the stair bottoms would liven the place up if painted in quick black, white marble effect!I
Screaming kids all night and knocking out door. Also didn’t know had to pay for parking. Cleaners knocking door before check out

Nothing at all. The mattress was old and uncomfortable, staff wasn’t willing to change the room, it was humid and I was given one fan that was broken and the other was small. Windows would open more than 2/3cm’s. Bath tub had a burn in it looked like a poo stain. House keeping were slow I had to complain for them to come to my room and give fresh towels eventually. Over priced hotel and extremely dusty. I’d like a refund.

Extremely hot. Bathroom cabinets and sink was broken and so was the tv. Untidy bedsheet that were ripped.
The toilet door lock was broken. Lights in the hallway were flickering.
That it was quiet and the staff was helpful Zain he was really helpful wasn't rude and didn't hesitate to help us with the room.
The room we booked wasnt like the pictures on the sight and we got moved room a s the TV didn't work
