We had a great time, we enjoyed our food, the cocktails were amazing and we rested well.
Pros:

The whole property is great. The food at the restaurant is fantastic. Actually the breakfast was a highlight of my trip. I tried many different items on the menu and they all were delicious. The little bar under the hotel should be advertised better because we would have gone more times!! It’s fun.

Cons:

I love the antique features of the property. But the room we received did not look like any of the photos. It was very dated compared to the pictures on the website. So I was a little shocked to see our room. In the end it grew on me, but they should try to get it to look more like the other rooms so that people know what to expect.

Nice experiencie but not a true luxury hotel.
Pros:

Nice property with ample bedrooms and attentive staff. They have nice details like small presents left in the room throughout our stay.

Cons:

This is advertised as a luxury hotel and is far from delivering a true premium experience. Details like the pool temperature, no bellboys to help with the luggage are not what's expected from a boutique hotel.

ubicacion un poco retirado del centro y en el estacionamiento solo 1 auto entraba, la limpieza y detarlles de la habitacion muy bien

OAX Casa Bonita a must!
Pros:

The food is amazing! So delicious and clean, appreciated having a healthy menu. Staff were lovely. Beautiful artwork available to buy on the property. Location is out of town but affordable in taxis.

Cons:

Bit of confusion about our rooms and they weren't assigned to our names. We were told to just pick a room and they were vastly different in quality and size. I suggest asking for / booking rooms that are not on the ground floor. I was right near another room and the pool which was a bit noisy.
