I didn't like how the lights in the room worked. You had to put your key card for the room in the slot to turn on the lights and then if you only wanted a few lights on you had to unplug the other lights.

L'emplacement sur la Gran via est juste à côté du métro et proche d'endroit stratégique

no recomiendo para nada este hotel.
Pros:

la ubicacion, el desayuno mas o menos.

Cons:

el lobby es sucio, nadie te ayuda con las maletas, hay escaleras, no tiene siquiera SMART TV, no funcionaba el aire acondicionado, el baño es diminuto y se moja porque la ducha de mano zafa y se moja todo, no tenia freezer el frigo bar, las camas son incomodísimas y hundidas (viejas) pedimos matrimonial y nos juntaron al estilo (italiano), no se renueva, esta desfasado en el tiempo. el personal, antipático.

La ubicacion del hotel en la gran via es maravillosa te permite desplazarte a pie hasta muchos lugares de interes, cerca de la puerta del sol, de la plaza España, de Callao, del teatro Lope de Vega, en fin muy cerca de todo. El desayuno del hotel es muy bueno y las habitaciones son muy comodas e iluminadas, nos hemos alojado varias veces en el hotel y sin lugar a dudas lo volveremos a hacer.
