Pros:

The Room was Very clean, the location.

Cons:

There are two set of stairs, not very convenient for the business, since we all have luggage…. The front desk attitude, the price was too much for what I got, second floor and cero view. And obviously no way they could change my room, impossible….

En general poco , solo la ubicación

Cons:

No pudimos dormir , la habitación que da a la Gran Vía no es insonorizada, se escucha todo el jaleo , el baño es muy estrecho y antiguo , la limpieza muy normalita , el hotel está bastante antiguo , el desayuno no tenía calidad alguna , los alimentos eran muy simples y de materia prima económica

El hotel está muy bien ubicado, tiene varias estaciones de metro cerca y mucho comercio al rededor, la habitación fue de buen tamaño y el baño era amplio. El desayuno estaba muy bien nos guardaron mucho equipaje el último día sin costo adicional.

La tina en el baño es un poco resbalosa, pondría una ducha normal.
