Pros:

struttura ottima, tutto novo pulizia eccellente, ho soggiornato per motivi di lavoro e anche il ristorante è ottimo, ho mangiato benissimo, lo staff gentilssimo, la struttura dispone di parcheggio privato quindi comodissimo.

Ottimo hotel per visitare il centro storico di Lucca
Pros:

Premesso che alla prenotazione avevo chiesto esplicitamente una stanza silenziosa, che mi era stata assegnata una stanza interna che però affacciava sulle sale servizi (condizionatori ecc..) un pò rumorosa, che mi è stata prontamente sostituita, su mia richiesta, con un altra con affaccio sulla strada ma molto più silenziosa della prima grazie alla cortese collaborazione dello staff dell'hotel molto gentile. La camera familiare è molto ampia, pulita e con un grande bagno provvisto sia di vasca che di doccia, i letti comodi e large, ottima anche la presenza nell'armadio di varie dimensioni di cuscini. Ottimo anche il parcheggio gratuito.

Cons:

Le macchinette automatiche del caffè e del cappuccino non sono il massimo al livello di gusto del prodotto. Foto su booking da aggiornare visto che in un paio di esse si evidenzia la presenza di un regalino per i bambini (un animalino di peluche) di cui nessuno dello staff è a conoscenza.

Loving Lucca in 2026

We found the staff very helpful and courteous. The views from our bedroom were stunning. We were very comfortable, the location was excellent, and the restaurant and bar were greatly appreciated.

Non ho potuto gestire il servizio di riscaldamento/raffreddamento: nonostrante fosse spento in camera si avvertiva l'aria fredda proveniente dal sistema centralizzato esterno e avendo un bimbo di 4mesi ho richiesto una coperta (servizio super veloce)

Super entspannter Aufenthalt
Pros:

War genau was wir brauchten. Etwas außerhalb und daher mit super Parkplatzsituation (kostenfrei und genügend!!). Die Zimmer fand ich super, große Betten, genügend Kissen, schönes Bad, alles leicht old style aber dafür top in Schuss und großzügig von der Größe. Das Personal ist sehr nett. Frühstück gut.

Cons:

Weit in die Stadt, zu Fuß 35 Minuten. Drumherum nicht viel.
