Great hotel, staff and facilities!
Pros:

The restaurant for evening and breakfast had a very good selection and the quality was high. The staff in the hotel all spoke English and were very helpful. The rooms and facility in general were clean and tidy. There was also plenty of parking at the back of the hotel with easy access. There was a small pizzeria and convenience store (left and right side road facing) within 5 mins of the hotel which was extremely useful! I would have no hesitation staying at this hotel in the near future.

Cons:

Lack of transport in the local area. The bar area was understaffed as the staff had to serve both bar and downstairs restaurant. The draft beer selection was limited and not a great choice tbh! Also, there was no sky sports or music on the bar area so very dull.

Ho soggiornato all’hotel Guinigi e l’esperienza è stata semplicemente eccellente sotto ogni punto di vista. La posizione è impareggiabile: a due passi dall’ospedale. ma allo stesso tempo in una zona tranquilla e silenziosa.

La camera era spaziosa, pulitissima e curata nei minimi dettagli, con un letto comodissimo e tutti i comfort necessari per un soggiorno rilassante. Lo staff è stato sempre sorridente, disponibile e pronto a soddisfare ogni richiesta con grande professionalità.

Durante il soggiorno c’è stato un piccolissimo inconveniente, ma è stato risolto immediatamente con grande efficienza e cortesia. Ho davvero apprezzato la rapidità e l’attenzione dimostrate: è proprio in queste situazioni che si vede la qualità di una struttura.

Consiglio vivamente l’Hotel Guinigi a chiunque voglia vivere Lucca al meglio, con comfort, eleganza e un servizio impeccabile. Ritornerò a breve!

Pros:

L'accoglienza da parte dello staff alla Reception. Per noi viaggiatori "seriali" ricevere un'accoglienza professionale e cordiale anche se e' la prima volta che frequenti l'Hotel, e' molto importante. La Signora Elisa in questo e' stata davvero il Top. Naturalmente ho annotato l'Hotel Best Western Grand Hotel Guinigi come punto di riferimento per i miei prossimi viaggi in zona.

отзывчивый персонал, все хорошо, напротив автобусная остановка, можно взять на прокат велосипед, недалеко вкусная местная пицца недорого, вид из окна спокойный, красивый
