Pros:

Ho apprezzato molto che mi è stato offerto gratuitamente un upgrade alla camera con vista mare.
Camere ampie in stile retrò, con bagno e doccia grande.
Ottima colazione con vasta scelta di dolci fatti in casa e una opzione salata abbondante.

Quest'anno sono dovuto stare solo una notte prr problemi personali ma Clcome ogni anno tornare lì, è come il ritorno di un commilitone del fronte.
Respiri aria di casa.Sai di avere fatto ls scelta giusta.
Ritrovare il Barman Nicola con la sua freschezza ti fa venire la voglia di stare tutta la notte in compagnia. la professionalità del Maitre, nell'organizzazione del miglior buffet delle colazioni che abbia trovato a Viareggio negli ultimi anni.
La cordialità e bella presenza di Yiulia, conoscere finalmente Veronica e la sua competenza tecnica ti fa stare tranquillo e la professionalità di Alfred(o).
Segnalo pure il mio tassista Preferito Luca, legato a Cuba che ti accoglie dalla stazione.
Se uno volesse darsi la possibilità di essere felice va a Viareggio e va al Gran Hotel Royal.

Pros:

The hotel was charming. Beautiful hotel.
The location was very good and the view was stunning. We only stayed 2 nights but Alfredo at reception was so helpful. Had a lot to see in a short time and his suggestions were very helpful.

Really enjoyed our stay and would consider staying there again.
Pros:

Proximity to the beach was great. The view of the sea was awesome. All of the staff was friendly and helpful although we found the bartender not quite as accommodating.

Cons:

Swimming pool was very cold and an offer of some drinking water in the lobby would have been nice. but really nothing significant to complain about.

Sehr schöne Aussicht auf das Meer, Stilvolles Ambiente im ganzen Hotel, großartiger Speisesaal für das Frühstück, umfangreiches Frühstücksbuffet

Cons:

Die Straße vor dem Hotel ist sehr laut. Wenn man ein Zimmer mit Meerblick hat, muss man nachts die Fenster geschlossen halten, sonst ist der Straßenlärm zu laut.
