La vista dalla camera

Cons:

Arrivati alle 23 il reception non sapeva se avevano ancora camere matrimoniali disponibili.
Così li dissi che vedevo una camera disponibile su booking ma lui insisteva sul fatto che non c'erano camere così abbiamo prenotato tramite booking dalla reception e così la camera è venuta fuori.
La mia domanda è una,ma una struttura del genere non può avere delle persone alla reception che non sappiamo neanche se ci sono camere disponibili o no?
Avremmo pagato lo stesso prezzo che c'era su booking ma senza la commissione!!!!!
Tante volte avere collaboratori più svegli a fina anno può farti risparmiare delle spese per una azienda che già ne abbiamo tantissime.
Lo dico perché anche io ho un hotel !!!!!!!!

Very relaxing stay - pool area was exceptional.
Pros:

Exceptionally clean throughout. Lovely to stay in a traditional Italian property right on the sea front. Train station just 20 mins easy walk away so great for exploring Pisa and Florence.

L emplacement, la propreté

Cons:

Hôtel très beau surtout à l extérieur notre chambre une suite était très grande mais les équipements de la salle de bain sont vieillots , pas de mitigeur. Le petit déjeuner est génial on y trouve de tout et c est excellent nous avons adoré.

Très beau palace belle époque en front de mer

Palace de la belle époque ayant conservé tout son charme; grands salons, escalier monumental , très beaux extérieurs et situé en front de mer.
Personnel très avenant ; excellent petit déjeuner dans une très belle salle de restauration
Très belle vue mer des chambres situées le long de l avenue

Cons:

Beaucoup de bruit de circulation sur l avenue devant l hôtel y compris tard dans la nuit mais bonne insonorisation des fenêtres .

L’Hotel è meraviglioso, sontuoso, pieno di fascino storico, si respira davvero la sua storia. Gli arredi non sono moderni ma di un’eleganza che va oltre ogni tempo. Tutto curato nei minimi dettagli.
Stanza e bagno grandi dotati e corredati benissimo. Colazione ottima e molto varia. Un hotel dove tornerò sicuramente in un prossimo viaggio a Viareggio

Pros:

Het hotel is echt een mooi pareltje, veel mooier dan ik had gedacht.
Het personeel is zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam.
Het ontbijt is schitterend.
De kamers zijn mooi en ruim, je krijgt ook nog aparte shampoo en zeep etc. Ook koffie en thee op de kamer en water. Zeer vriendelijke mensen aan onthaal bij een vraag of voor een extra verzoek (zoals voor ons voor ontbijt bij erg vroeg vertrek, dan kregen we een ontbijtpakketje mee). We kregen ook een upgrade van kamer.

Cons:

Het ligt wat verder af van het station waardoor het wel even stappen is als je met de trein gaat (en koffers mee hebt) en er zijn weinig opties om met openbaar vervoer te gaan vanaf station (onze bus kwam gewoon niet af) en een uber was extreem duur. Dus als je van daaruit wil reizen naar andere steden is het wel even stappen.
