Employees not being attentive to the rooms. Should have to ask for toilet paper, towels, room or bathrooms to be clean.

Cleaning staff was lazy and wouldn’t accommodate our needs when asked

Cons:

Having to always ask to keep the room up to date and cleaning when it need cleaning and not pushing customers away when they paid x amount of money to stay. Poor service from the front desk.

Quiet and beds are great!
Pros:

Close to my job and also grocery store is right there

Cons:

When u stay multiple days at a time they don't come up and maintain it like they should. You spend $85 a night and get told it's been busy so we can't touch up your room today.

Odeur désagréable dans la chambre, aucune solution possible. Les anciens occupants avaient vraisemblablement mangé un ramen et cela sentait très fort...

Great room, awesome staff!
Pros:

I was in town for temporary work, with my Service pet in training. The staff were so nice and friendly! the room was at the end of the hall, close to the beautiful dog walk in back! Bags provided at the door were awesome too! We loved staying and will stay again when in the area!

Cons:

What could have been made better? There were no problems!
