Cons:

When I walked yup the steps and down the hall to my room there was a foul smell. Once I reached my room it smelled moldy. So, I ended up not staying.

All in all the price is right it’s clean I would stay here and have stayed there since again
Pros:

It’s reasonable priced for not being in a ghetto. It’s clean . The rooms are a bit outdated for the times but the price won’t break the bank .

Not all that happy

The location

Cons:

The 3rd shift clerk was rude! Also, I am OK with this being a pet friendly hotel but the room that any potential customer stays and should not smell like someone’s dog! Also, personally, I am allergic to dogs. I would’ve made other arrangements while I was in Norwich to not stay there.

Dirty and run down
Cons:

The front desk person was unfriendly and rude. The room had little tiny roaches running around on one of the dressers/tv table which was pretty disgusting and unwelcoming to say the least. The bed was clean and comfortable but only had a very thin blanket. The room ddid not have central heating but had an AC unit inserted in the wall that serves as heat as well, which was loud when turned high enough to heat the whole room. The temperature outside was mid 40s and I was very cold in the room/bed. I don't think this facility can offer a comfortable/safe stay in the colder months. The furniture and accessories are old, run down and ugly.

I probably wouldn’t choose this place again
Pros:

The bed was very comfortable

Cons:

Upon entering the room it smelled like dirty feet, musty and there was a faint odor of cigarette smoke.
The parking lot is very treacherous
