OK place, the staff made it the best. Warning it has no elevator and is 3 stories high.
Pros:

The location was good for where we were going. The staff were amazing. We needed to do washing and they were super helpful and ready to assist. There was plenty of parking.

Cons:

It was 3 stories and no elevators. We had huge bags and no rooms wee available on the ground.
The staff generously helped carry our bags to the 3rd floor. But the lack of elevator was annoying.
I have some injuries but not enough to warrant putting in a request for a disabled room, so the up and down the stairs often was painful.
They had "breakfast" which was some pastry thing in plastic and a yogurt. There was only a handful put out so there really is no breakfast.

Evening front desk attendant not very friendly
Pros:

The rooms are clean

Cons:

The electric went out during our stay because of a storm that went through i ask the attendant at the front desk what we were supposed to do she replied( i don't know !!!! ) she gave no explanation of the protocol. I understand that electric going out was out of there control but could have been a little nicer about it half of the emergency light did not work we were lucky it wasn't all the way dark so we could see to get to our rooms we were still able to get into our rooms and luckily I had a flash light in my car to use the electric came back on after about 30 minutes

Staff sucks.
Pros:

Nothing to like, the staff is the WORST.

Cons:

The staff is horrible. The left hand doesn’t know what the right hand is doing.

Booked a week, paid for a week, only to be told, they over booked for a single night and I would have to move to a smoking room- recovering from a collapsed lung. 🫁 nope.

All in all the price is right it’s clean I would stay here and have stayed there since again
Pros:

It’s reasonable priced for not being in a ghetto. It’s clean . The rooms are a bit outdated for the times but the price won’t break the bank .

Not all that happy

The location

Cons:

The 3rd shift clerk was rude! Also, I am OK with this being a pet friendly hotel but the room that any potential customer stays and should not smell like someone’s dog! Also, personally, I am allergic to dogs. I would’ve made other arrangements while I was in Norwich to not stay there.
