Es hat alles gepasst, hervorzuheben ist die Dame beim Frühstück: flott und freundlich. Kompliment.
Pros:

Lage - super, direkt neben der Vaporetto-Station, Frühstück gut - alles vorhanden, Zimmer - leider im 2. Stock, Treppe für ältere Personen etwas mühevoll, Zimmer und Bad klein.

Cons:

Größe des Bades, evtl. ein deutschsprachiger Sender im TV (da gerade Fussball-WM).

Zu teuer, da es nur ein einfaches Hotel ist. Allerdings sauber mit guter Lage.
Pros:

Die Lage ist sehr praktisch, um die Boote direkt nach Venedig zu nehmen. Man muss nur über die Strasse gehen und ist schon am Anleger, wo alle Boote fahren. Frühstück war okay. Für den Zimmerpreis bekomme ich im Hilton vom Chef eine Omelett gemacht.

Cons:

Im Hotel wurde nicht gut genug erklärt, welche Boote wie nach Venedig fahren. Auch die Webseite ist nicht benutzerfreundlich. Erstmal habe ich das falsche Boot genommen. Dann war das Zimmer viel zu teuer, für das was es letztendlich war. Die Mitarbeiter in der Küche haben ihr bestmögliches getan. Die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption sind eher unfreundlich.

Très bon emplacement, en face d'un arrêt vaporetto, personnel très sympathique et à l'écoute.
Petit déjeuner bon et copieux.

Cons:

Chambre peu spacieuse, climatisation faible.
Porte coulissante de la douche défectueuse et porte de salle de bain qui ne se ferme pas.
Pas de technicien le week-end.

The location is fantastic: opposite vaporetto stops for trips to Venice and in walking distance of the beach.
Breakfast was good: lovely variety and plenty of it.
The room was very comfortable.
There is allso an excellent osteria on the ground floor.
