Pros:

Świetna lokalizacja, tuż pod głównym hubem komunikacyjnym Lido - z przystankiem vaporetto jak i pętlą autobusową: dostanie się do innych części miasta (jak i np. Choggia) jest bardzo łatwe. Blisko do restauracji i większego sklepu (Conad) Z okna widok na San Marco czy Castello. Przyjemne śniadanie, nieduży wybór, ale coś nie tylko na słodko ale i na słono. Bardzo sympatyczna obsługa, komunikacja po angielsku bez problemów.

Cons:

Lokalizacja też jest pewną wadą, gdyż pokój nie jest zbyt dobrze wygłuszony i za oknem całą noc mamy autobusy jak i vaporetto. Czasami pojawiała się głośna muzyka z pobliskich restauracji.

Un soluzione ideale per chi vuole visitare Venezia

La posizione è comodissima proprio di fronte alla fermata dei vaporetti per raggiungere tutti i punti di Venezia. La colazione gratuita inclusa è un grande plus. Ci tengo a sottolineare la cordialità e la gentilezza dello staff. Abbiamo avuto delle difficoltà personali di salute durante il nostro soggiorno e lo staff è stato impeccabile, aiutandoci in tutti i modi possibili, e dandoci tanto sostegno umano. Grazie tante. Ci torneremo sicuramente per il nostro prossimo soggiorno a Venezia.

I am delighted to have found this hotel. The staff are all cheerful, helpful and are simply outstanding
Pros:

The location is superb. Even if you don't want to go into the centre of Venice, there is a lovely Osteria below the hotel and a choice of good bars, with good atmosphere

Struttura intima, in parte di recente ristrutturazione. Vicinissima alla fermata del traghetto ( basta attraversare la strada).
Carino e accogliente.
Checkin autonomo e colazione semplice ma buona che accontenta tutti i gusti.

La camera era freddissima, abbiamo domito con i giacchetti e non c'era nessuno a cui rivolgersi per risolvere, il bagno si allagava mentre facevi una semplice doccia...da non ripetere.

Від самого входу до ліжка все виглядало дуже охайно , продуманий інтер'єр 🔥
Спокійне заселення в готель навіть коли не було людини на рецепшені.
В готелі дуже чисто , приємна спокійна обстановка
В нас був маленький номер на двох і кожного разу нам хотілось туди вертатись.
Вид з вікна на Венецію 👍
Кожний ранок нас буде запах випічки , це неймовірно
Снідання превзойшли всі наші очікування. Мила спокійна обслуга.
На рецепшені була я так розумію властителька цього готелю. Ми не знаємо італійської і англійської , але добре порозумілась
Попросили щоб впродовж нашого проживання до нас в номер не заходила обслуга , все було досконало виконана , за це щира подяка.

Можна довго ще всього писати.

Напишу тільки що , я вже порадила цей готель декільком своїм друзям.
